Beautiful Converted Farmhouse with Private Pool in Nadur, Gozo

This charming original farmhouse has been tastefully converted into a spacious holiday home with a private pool, free Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning (available in the four bedrooms only).

Property Features:

- Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy sitting room with cable TV, equipped with a stove for the winter months and ceiling fans, also overlooking the pool area.
- A separate kitchen and dining area with ceiling fans, overlooking a good-sized swimming pool and deck area.
- The ground floor also features a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
- Stone stairs lead to the first floor, which includes three additional bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, a separate shower room, and a large sunny terrace ideal for family breakfasts.

**Additional Services:**

- All beds will be prepared with bed linen and extra blankets available in wardrobes. Two towels per person are also provided.
- Air-conditioning units in the bedrooms operate on an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins), with a screen displaying the remaining credit. Each unit consumes around €2.50 per night.
- Maid service is included for bookings of 8 nights or more.
- Each booking comes with one dishwasher tablet and one washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

**Travel Information:**

- Fly into Malta International Airport, followed by a ferry crossing to Gozo. We offer car hire and direct transfers from the airport to the property upon booking, with arrival and departure details provided.

Nadur, located on the easternmost hill of Gozo, is a lively village with a population of around 4,000, making it one of the island’s largest localities. Enjoy nearby attractions such as the famous local bakery just 200 meters away, and Ramla Beach less than 2 km away, known for its sandy shores and all-day restaurants. For a more peaceful experience, visit Dahlet Qorrot Bay and San Blas Bay.

Nadur is also home to the annual feast "Mnarja" on June 29th, celebrated in the picturesque Il-Buskett area. Additionally, the Nadur Spontaneous Carnival is a highlight for both locals and tourists alike.

**Security Deposit:**

A fully refundable security deposit is required:

- €200 for up to 9 adults


This deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or excessive noise disturbances and is temporarily held from a valid debit/credit card. It will be automatically released within 3-7 days of checkout, with any issues reported within 48 hours of departure.

- Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
- A mandatory Malta Eco Tax of €0.50 per person per night (capped at €5 per person) applies to all guests aged 18 and over.
