"My stay was really nice, the reception staff members were really quick friendly, nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly and easily. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. A suggestions is to add 2 or more extra verity on the main options can help it to become from good to great. The location and the area around the hotel are really nice, and everything in the center of town is close to you. Finally, well done to the teams in reception, cleaning, catering and the management."

"Great location which is easy to get to from the airport on the 106 bus. Spotlessly clean rooms, huge ceilings that make the rooms feel bigger, great shower with quality shower gel and handwash. Aircon that worked well which was good as a lot of hotels don't have working aircon unless it's in the summer months. Good breakfast choices though the hot food wasn't hot, just lukewarm. Received voucher for welcome drink, though didn't use it as ordered before we checked what was on the list of free drinks. Staff that we met were all so helpful, had email from the hotel before our stay to check details with us. If we returned to Wroclaw we'd definitely 100% stay here again."

"Across the street from the main train and bus station. Clean, comfortable, friendly service. My room on the street side of the hotel was a bit noisy. I would stay there again."

"Good location, close to Sky Tower, not too far from the train station and walkable to the market square. High quality room with a comfortable mattress. The only small downside was the short shower glass which only covered about half the width of the cabin so the floor gets a bit wet."
