"A really well equipped and homely house with everything we needed. Kevin and Judith were ready to help at any time, and otherwise left us to our own devices. When there was a power cut after a storm Kevin kept us in touch with what was happening which was helpful. Such a beautiful location, and a great place for relaxing."

"The Gite is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There are all the kitchen and laundry facilities you could want. Upstairs there is also a cosy sitting room. There are two terraces that you can sit out on and enjoy the lovely views, and at night you enjoy the bright stars in the dark skies. "We loved this house, stayed for 12 days and relaxed and ate and drank in the early French summer. We nearly didn’t book mainly because of the lack of reviews and the somewhat, what seemed to be clumsy correspondence back and forth to the owner that at time made no sense. "Owners, caretakers, cleaners were excellent. Very proactive in ensuring our stay was brilliant. Lots of different areas to relax and be alone if desired. Expect occasional insect ingress. That’s a reflection on the hillside location. Fabulous stay. A forest fire in Bordeaux led to smoke in the area. Staff came to visit to warn us and advise us. Thank you."
