"This place is a gem. Highly recommended. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We had a large room, very clean, heated. Management was friendly and amenable to our needs. The property is well maintained, newly renovated. We come from a city so we were thrilled to have goats, chickens and peacocks nearby. The place is a short walk from the Medieval Village. "The house and pool area is well maintained and comfortable. Our only issue was the host made up only a single bed (queen ) with only a single pillow per person. We sleep with (2) pillows each - there were no additional bedding anywhere in the house. Also just a set of 2 towels per person for the week’s stay. We were renting a (3) bedroom property ; the host could have left additional bedding and towels which was the case in the other places we stayed in during this trip."

"Good size apartment, close to the beach. Washer/dryer was handy. For such a beautiful part of Portugal there was a disappointing view out of the apartment - looking at other buildings and being overlooked by them. Certainly not the stunning ocean view shown in all their marketing material. Also disappointing not to be able to control the heating given the cold wet weather in mid March - it did feel a bit cold in the apartment at times. "
