"We have had a great week. Our first stay at Woodbridge and we really enjoyed being able to leave the car and walk into town for supplies and meals out. Fab walks and trips to various places along the Suffolk coast...Minsmere, Aldeburgh, Thorpness, Orford as well as river walk in Woodbridge. We found the house comfortable, with enough pots and pans etc...for our needs. Upstairs bathroom was a little unusual but it worked! Some proper wine glasses needed."

"The property was perfectly placed in Aldburgh and had everything you would expect and need for a short stay. Our only critique is that the property is now looking really tired and the owners should think about redecorating, especially the bathrooms. Seeing the endless number of holiday rentals available in Aldburgh I dont think we'd stay again if returning."

"Martlet Cottage was excellent- spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated and maintained. The beds were super comfortable, we felt right at home! Easy parking right by your door. We will return!"

"Generally the property was in good order. Unfortunately the garden areas are not well maintained and this detracts from the overall look of the property. The location is ideal for visiting Aldeburgh and the surrounding area. Basic essentials are somewhat lacking and one or two maintenance issues."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...
