"We had a wonderful stay at Family Sedlacek's place. Beautiful place, wonderful family in a nice tucked away location near the Czech/Poland border. ""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. Thank you. I hope it was helpful. Ps. You have my name and address. don't hesitate to give and send me refund. Ha ha. Janusz Dziuba."
