"We spent the last few days of 2024 till the new year’s eve at this hotel. It was the best experience ever as a family. The kids enjoyed the pool, the food was excellent and the customers service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thank you and please continue the great hospitality. "

"Stayed there numerous times each year. Unfortunately, it's usually fully booked. Definitely my favourite hotel in Hammamet. Randomly ask any locals what hotel has the reputation and they will probably say "Sindbad". "

"I stayed there with my daughter for 12nigth,and I only can say good thing about the hotel,we had a amazing view,the bed was very confortebly wich for me its really importante,the food was amazing, and the personal are incredible nice,I'll be allways greatfull to them the way they help me with my not delivery luggage at the airport, they were sow helpfull,help me solving this problem for two day's. "This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free. I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel."
