We loved the quick communication by text and WhatsApp, and the very easy no-key checkin. If there are problems there is a partner hotel a few doors down with registration staff but we never needed them. "

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be.
