"This home was well maintained and spotless - the pool was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space! Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! "Six of us stayed in this house.The eleven year old enjoyed the visiting felines who politely waited to be fed. The three upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the fourth downstairs adequate. Spectacular view although somewhat nerve racking for some of us to get to our destination. "We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave. Great pool and hot tub, spacious, lots of fruit trees that were in season, a taverna within walking distance and beaches that were perfect for sunning and playing in the Aegean. "Host was excellent, comms very good. Property had spectacular views from top of the hill. Easy access to beaches. A few minor niggles - loud lawn mower, tree trimmer from 5am every day disturbed sleep. Shower system quite old, leaky and small bathrooms. Overall excellent place to use as a base for beaches and Kalamata."
