My husband and I were seeing a show at Foxwoods and wanted to have a relaxing place to stay, something quaint and romantic. What a perfect spot out front of the the Residence Inn. We even got a free bottle of wine with our stay. The inn was built in 1777. Everything is old and authentic with some modern style upgrades. Fireplaces work in room, they also have jacuzzi tubs. There is a common sitting area at the inn with couches, fireplace, coffee maker, ice, microwave and toaster. We would totally book again. You check in at the Residence Inn. The staff was wonderful, so nice, we even had breakfast buffet included.
