Very nice home to stay.
We loved the house! I had to get used to the limited window coverings, I am used to shutting the blinds when walking around the house at night. Also, the proximity to the downtown area was great, the hill was a little challenging, but we walked to different shops and restaurants every day.

My girlfriends and I were so impressed with this spacious house! The host was very helpful, and we loved the little touches in the space. And the backyard and view were amazing! We will be back! Such an easy check in and check out process too!

Book it immediately. Gorgeous property with good air conditioning, tons of light, great outdoor entertaining space and so close to town you can walk everywhere. Great for groups or families!

Family Fun!
In the area for a family wedding and the house was in the perfect location! We walked into Mystic each morning for coffee at Sift and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit with our adult children and the grandparents staying nearby. Our kids said it was such a good weekend and loved the house - high praise!

Great for a girls weekend
This place was amazing, but the highlights were definitely the sunroom and the yard/patio. We hung about by the firepit with drinks and dinner - was amazing. Coffee on the patio as well was a lovely morning! Great location - short walk to town. Anna was fantastic and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations! Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location
This home was beautifully decorated and very centrally located to the drawbridge and the town of Mystic. Also the yard was a wonderful place to hang out at night with a great view of the city. Will return to this area and hopefully this house again.

Amazing Girls' Weekend Getaway!!
This property was charming, spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend away from the stressors of our day to day lives with families and jobs. Our host gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities for our stay in Mystic. The home was located within an easy walk of everything in town. Lovely home with stunning back yard in heart of Mystic
It was a dream to arrive at this home after a long drive. It was very easy to enter the home and we shortly had takeout for dinner on the back patio. We enjoyed the gas fire on the back that evening with a gentle seabreeze. The home is lovely and bright and filled with art. We had a wonderful stay and we definitely want to come back!

Our Wonderful Stay at Anna's
Wonderful stay at Anna's in Mystic. Anna left all we needed, including a welcoming basket of paper plates, cups, napkins and delicious shortbread biscuits from Mystic's local bakery. The house was located within walking distance to downtown Mystic and close to restaurants and attractions. The house clean and comfortable. Great job Anna.

Loved it! A quiet retreat in the middle of Mystic.
We had a lovely stay at Anna's. The house is beautiful - lots of character and a gorgeous view. Plus, plenty of room for three friends to enjoy each other's company both inside and out. We spent most of our time on the patio overlooking Mystic or inside watching the storms roll by through the floor to ceiling windows. Although you are just a three minute walk from downtown, the positioning of the house on the double lot provides a serene environment. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would love to return in the future.

Perfect Girls Weekend
Anna’s home is so beautiful and unique! There were 6 of us away on a girl’s weekend. Plenty of room and so much personality in every inch. The views are great and a lot of outside seating. Best part is the location- walking distance to downtown. Anna met us at the house with Mr Mcduff. You’ll see him all over the house. Thank you, Anna, for a great stay!

Girls Weekend
We had a fantastic weekend at the Seabreeze! We were a group of college friends that haven't been able to get together in a few years, and this was the perfect location. We were walking distance to the best shops and restaurants, the house had everything we could need, was clean and and beautiful, and it had a great back yard where we enjoyed the firepit and amazing view. Anna was lovely to work with, very kind and responsive. We will definitely be back :)

Just a hop, skip and jump to town! Neat house!!
We stayed at this charming home for only one night...dang it. Supposed to be two but Hurricane Henri had different. Plans. Not being from a coastal town, when we go the hurricane notification we decided to head inland. However, this home is perched atop a hill that overlooks the area. It is the shortest walk to the busy main street so parking and walking is a blessing. Mystic Pizza was literally a block away and the cool drawbridge wasn't much further. We are so glad we stayed here. The host was super nice to work with and available at all times. VRBO was very workable with the night we left as well as the host. Next time, we hopefully can stay longer!!

Far Better than we Expected!!!
I requested to stay at Anna's house in Mystic for one night as 6 of us would be dining downtown, and celebrating a birthday. The overnight piece - in addition to the guests joining in was a surprise for the birthday girl - and when we arrived she was certain I had reserved one room in this beautiful large home! Each room has been perfectly decorated with a blend of antique items, sailing and beach pieces. We caught an absolutely exceptional weather weekend and spent almost the same amount of time in the large open room off of the kitchen Saturday night, as we did outside on the deck / in the yard on Sunday! We could not have asked for anything else for a fun-filled adult sleepover! Comfortable beds; beautifully appointed bathrooms - with everything needed; a gourmet kitchen with every appliance, utensil and gadget! We were also a short walk to the drawbridge, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops! Anna was very responsive, accommodating and attentive! We had an Awesome Time!

Beautiful House in an Amazing Location
I brought my college friends to this house for our 10 year reunion and my birthday. The house was perfect for our desire to sit around and chat until the wee hours of the night. Whether it was hanging in the house, by the fire, or overlooking town we enjoyed EVERY moment of the stay. In the theme of relaxing, I hired a yoga instructor to the house. We had an hour long class out in the yard with the breeze blowing and the leaves singing. It was truly and amazing weekend. The home owner was so accommodating and went out of her way to help me find a yoga instructor. And she was right, the instructor was the BEST. Overall the experience we had in the house, in the town and in the yard, was beyond our expectations. We would definitely come back. I fully recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious house with a backyard to relax and BBQ with a very short walking distance to town. I didn't want to leave!!
