Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave

Magic in Mystic.
Mike has done an outstanding job creating very comfortable accommodations in very close walking distance to downtown Mystic. The unit exceeded our expectations and Mike made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed for a couple of days over New Years and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place is absolutely gorgeous and is perfectly located right near town. And Michael was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Great location; delightful place
Can't beat the location-just 2 blocks to downtown Mystic. The place was pleasant and clean; the best set of kitchen utensils, pots, etc. that we've had at a VRBO. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Michael even texted us on the day that it rained all day with suggestions! We hope to stay here next time we visit Mystic.

Perfect location
Came to Mystic for a short anniversary getaway with my husband and couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations. Condo was newly renovated, nicely decorated, clean and very quiet. Loved that we could easily walk to all the great restaurants and shopping downtown has to offer. Mike the property manager was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time in Mystic!
Great property. Close to everything. Had absolutely every amenity you could hope for, including phone chargers on each nightside table! On-site parking was a HUGE advantage. Would highly, highly recommend this property if you are a couple and spending time in Mystic.

Wonderful!
My husband and I stayed here for a week and you can’t beat the location! You can walk to everything. Parking was a HUGE plus because there is almost no street parking during peak hours. The size and layout for our stay was perfect. The place was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location!
Check-in was quick and easy, allowing us to walk through town shortly after arriving. The unit was bright and comfortable, with careful attention given to so many small details. Michael is a wonderful host, providing good communication and great suggestions for the area. We’ve been to Mystic several times, but always seem to find something new. Hubby & I absolutely loved it here! We were within walking distance to everything! And the apartment was so clean, cozy and quiet. Michael thought of everything! Even a beach bag with towels! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we can’t wait to return!

Great location with great taste
Stayed for holiday weekend and really enjoyed the walkability of the rental. Interior of rental is beautifully and smartly done. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and bringing home leftovers from the excellent restaurants nearby. We walked everyday with the exception of driving to the farmers market. Fairly comfortable bed, overall the space is very comfortable. A couple games were provided, which is fun for a pre or post dinner activity back at the rental. Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy Mystic.

Gorgeous, modern accommodation, convenient location, competitive price! Mike was a superb host and the apartment is exactly like the pictures, if not better! Everything is brand new and immaculately clean. The decor is modern and chic, but the space feels comfortable and homey. We were steps away from the awesome Mystic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment--yet the property was private and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed 3 glorious kid-free days and we will be back to stay here again soon.

Perfect getaway in town.
This little apartment is fresh from top to bottom, felt like we could have been the first guests after a complete remodel. New everything, lots of modern touches and tastefully done. It was right in town, just a few steps to shops, restaurants, etc...oh, and owner Mike was great to work with, very accommodating. We'll be back for sure.

The property is excellent! Lovely modern style inside, very clean, all appliances used worked. The bedding and bathroom linens were first rate. We called the owner to help out with a TV volume problem; he responded immediately and fixed the problem quickly. The location is also terrific...Main Street shops, bakeries, etc. an easy 5-10 walk through the lovely old town. We hope to return soon.

Nicely renovated and great location
Beautiful unit, it was perfect for our long weekend visit. Really appreciated the attention to detail in what was stocked as well as all the kitchen pans being in great condition. I highly recommend! Only thing to know is that our unit, #3 requires you to go up some fairly steep stairs. No problem for us, but if that is a concern, rent unit 1 or 2 on the main floor.
