"My wife and I had a very positive stay at the BW Inn at Face Rock recently, celebrating our anniversary. From the check in process to the incredible cleanliness of the hotel grounds / hotel room, we were very impressed during our stay. The service response was exceptional! We had a noise issue with our heater in the hotel room. The next day the hotel front desk sent a tech repairman -Houston- and he fixed the problem without further noise or incident. We also had a mechanical problem with our vehicle the next day. The hotel promptly contacted the service tech, Dirk, who kindly helped jump start our vehicle. The breakfast was also very impressive in its quantity, quality and service. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A true 1st rate class in service excellence. "
