Stunning 3 BR, 3 Bath Grand Atlantic Direct Oceanfront

This condo is located on the 14th floor and has a king bed in the master bedroom with an amazing ocean view. There are 2 full beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom. There is a very large balcony with an unobstructed ocean view. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All of the TV's are LCDs and a DVD player is included in the living room. All beds have new mattresses and are covered with premium allergen/bed bug protective covers. There is a washer/dryer, high chair, and kids pack 'n' play in the unit for your convenience. For those who love coffee, we have included both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning. The resort also offers a mini mart, restaurant, game room and a fitness center.

The Grand Atlantic Resort is located right in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach. Food and entertainment is within walking distance. The new boardwalk is just a few blocks away as well as Broadway at the Beach and many more attractions.

Perfect getaway
The condo was perfect for our group. We each had our own space and bathroom. Had a well equipped kitchen and all rooms were comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and our view from the 14th floor was amazing!! The host was very very responsive to any questions I had. Enjoyed the attached restaurant (Scooby’s) to the building. Food was good and great for a quick meal. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Would highly recommend.

This was a very nice way to kick start our beach vacation. Thank you for allowing us to spend 4 days prior. Bedroom with 2 beds toilet keeps running, it was reported. Hair dryer in front bath fell apart, also reported. Stryker plate front door screw missing. Hubby could not fix. Orherwise all was well. Thank you Jeremy . Hair dryer in front pperson )

Family Vacation Rental
We were looking for a family vacation rental to accommodate me, my husband, and four children, along with their spouses. This can be tricky when trying to fit into one spot. This place was perfect. We all fit fine, and no one had any complaints about having to share their space. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking in-house, and the deck was spacious and great for relaxing any time of the day. The pools could get a little crowded, but the ocean was always very welcoming. The condo was close to all the attractions that my kids wanted to go to. Everyone had a great time, and I look forward to coming back again.

Great location and the view was amazing. The parking garage was really tight and the checkin parking wasn’t clearly marked. No trailer parking allowed- even though the overflow parking across the street was completely empty we weren’t allowed to use it for our trailer.

Most importantly it was clean, the view was amazing. All the thing you might need in walking distance convenient store, restaurant, and mini golf. Arcade and pool area are run down. Balcony was my favorite part. Everything we needed in the kitchen. My only suggestion would be the balcony could use better/ sturdier chairs.

Great property with incredible views. Everything in the condo was as described and pictured. The condo was clean, roomy, and had what we needed. Beds were generally comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils, pots/pans, etc that we needed - even a crockpot. You stay here for the views and feel grateful the condo is also great. Check in process was easy and the owner was easy easy to interact with. The last night we were there, which was Easter weekend, we noticed more noise from neighbors. You could hear people in the hallways, music next door, and even someone snoring in the morning. One thing I agree with other reviewers - it would be nice to have a little dish soap/sponge, roll of paper towels and maybe a few more trash bags (only came with two) - so those visiting don't have to rush out for basic supplies. We would totally stay here again!

Great location!
Amazing view and location right on the beach. The condo was close to many popular Myrtle Beach activities including restaurants, mini golf and other activities. Unit is nicely equipped and even included beach toys for the kids. There was plenty of space -- we had a family group of 6 including grandparents, parents and kids under age 8. The unit was perfect for us with space to gather along with have privacy as needed. We would definitely choose this unit again!

We had an excellent experience. Check in was very easy as the people at the front desk were friendly and informative. The space is beautiful and has plenty of room. We have two boys and the owners left sand toys and umbrellas, which was awesome. The indoor pool area was clean and kid friendly and the outdoor pool was actually warm and able to swim use in February. We love the location. It is close enough to drive down to the boardwalk, but far enough away that it is not filled with people. The location was great for dining out, walks on the beach and putt putt. We would love to stay there again. If you rent I wish I knew this: We were not aware there were carts while bringing up luggage, so if you can't find one just check the different levels of the parking garage. I wish I knew that, but I didn't look very hard!

Property is as listed and had a nice stay. Check in/check out process was seamless. The only suggestion I would have to the property owner is to provide dish soap, as some of the pots/pans pitchers are too large to fit in dish washer. This is noted in contract, however when you are traveling it’s not something you normally would pack. This would add to the convenience and not have to go out and purchase. Something so small makes a big difference.
