While we really enjoyed this stay. I was disappointed, when I discovered bloody sheets on the pullout couch. Unfortunately to aggravate the situation, room service wanted us to change the sheets ourselves, which we refused to do so. While we were given a small credit for the parking, cleanliness is what I care most about when staying at a hotel with my family, While anyone can make an error, changing the sheets in all beds including the pullout couch should not be optional. Unfortunately for the Hotel that’s why my overall score is 2 stars.

Beautiful hotel. Convenient area with lots to do very close by. Shopping and dining options very near. Helpful staff. Big room with beautiful color theme throughout the hotel. Bathroom door does not lock from inside and its location does not provide privacy. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Missing omelette, bread, cold cuts, cheese, etc. Otherwise, lovely hotel.
