Outstanding Condo Rental - A Truly Memorable Experience
Our recent stay at this condo rental was an absolute delight from start to finish. Right from the initial booking process, the owner's communication was prompt, friendly and informative - giving us a great first impression. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free - the easiest I've ever experienced for a vacation rental property. As we entered the condo, we were immediately impressed by how clean and well-appointed it was. The listing descriptions were accurate down to the smallest detail. The condo itself was perfect for our needs - well-equipped with all the amenities and supplies you could want during a vacation stay. The furnishings and decor were tasteful, creating a relaxing yet upscale atmosphere. We wanted for nothing during our time there. What really set this rental apart though was the outstanding owner. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience was evident throughout our stay. Any minor questions were answered promptly and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Well kept. Comfortable beds.
Property was good. To cool to use out door pool so used indoor pool instead. Enjoyed the hot tub inside and outside. Cleaning done regularly. exercise class twice a week. Most of their craft activities were geared to the younger crowd. But lots to get involved in if you wish. I would definitely return.

Our condo was lovely- well appointed, tidy and comfortable. Our view was fabulous with a spacious balcony for two. Just like so many of the previous reviews, we must include the owner’s impeccable communication and ease of check in. We had a wonderful time!

Great location and the one bedroom was perfect size.
Balcony overlooking ocean was great. Room was perfect and although they were doing renovations on the building it wasn’t that noisy. Only setback was the laundry room. Minor setback but people waiting for machines weren’t so patient sometimes.

SeaWatch Ocean Amazing Views! LOVED IT! A+
This condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, cozy and inviting...beautifully decorated, just the right size for my husband and I. Even though it's technically "ocean view," it was basically ocean front- with a kitty-corner view, very close to the shore, which was so beautiful and relaxing! The resort is gorgeous. Unfortunately, we were there not long after Hurricane Ian, so a few of the pool areas were under repair. As other reviews stated, PattyAnne was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was clearly communicated, and loved the "no check-in" process pass code entry. Would definitely stay there again!!

First family vacation!
We are so glad we chose to visit Myrtle Beach for our first vacation as a family of 3! The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, decorated nicely and the ocean view was lovely! Perfect Vacation
Pattyanne was "The Best" awesome communication! Everything was laid out in the emails and texts that we sent to each other, we had no questions and no issues, she covered all bases. We had an amazing stay at this property. The location can’t be beat - you’re just an elevator ride away from the pools and only a few more steps to the beach. The room was very clean and decorated so nicely! Patty Anne made the process so smooth so that when we arrived we knew where to park, how to get access to our room, and what the available amenities were so we could enjoy right away. We will definitely be back here soon!!

We loved it! The property was super clean. On site accommodations were great. No check-in process, which made setting in a breeze. Gorgeous place with amazing views
My husband and I decided to do a last minute getaway. Pattyanne was great to work with especially on such a short notice. She made sure we had everything we needed and did all she could to help us get everything finalized. The place had amazing views and was very clean. The views from the balcony are breathtaking.
