Located on the ninth floor, this newly updated getaway boasts spectacular panoramic ocean views from the private balcony. Updated furnishings, decor, and ceramic floors feature throughout this resort rental.

Make yourself at home in the living area, newly furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and armchairs. Watch your favorite movies on the 32” TV with DVD player. Whip up tasty meals in the updated kitchen, equipped with new cabinets, new granite countertops, and a full suite of sleek, new appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the updated dining table with seating for six.

Find ultimate comfort in the primary suite, featuring a king bed, 32” TV with DVD, and soothing ocean views. The en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with two queen beds and a 38” TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The room and view were nice. There is no restaurant on site. 2 ice machines and vending every other floor. Room are all off the parking garage so you hear cars constantly when you are in the room. Probably wouldn't revisit this location.

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for a family of 4. Quick beach access and you could walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to and our minivan was able to navigate the parking garage without issue. The indoor pool was being renovated but the outdoor pool was very nice with lots of lounge chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location
Loved this condo. Perfect set up and location. Walkable to pretty much everything. View of the ocean is incredible. Plenty of room for fam to sit on deck. People previously mentioned issues with parking, but it was not bothersome to us. We prepared ourselves for tight spots so weren’t surprised. Just take your time going in and out of garage. Super nice being able to park right outside of room.

Long weekend
The room was clean, seemed recently updated, and the view was amazing. The parking garage is tight but manageable, some areas of the property could have been cleaner or had less trash but trash comes from careless people. One thing, in the 2 queen bedroom, the window show the hallway/parking garage and can be a little noisy. The staff were all friendly. Overall it was a good trip.
