Located on the ninth floor, this newly updated getaway boasts spectacular panoramic ocean views from the private balcony. Updated furnishings, decor, and ceramic floors feature throughout this resort rental.

Make yourself at home in the living area, newly furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and armchairs. Watch your favorite movies on the 32” TV with DVD player. Whip up tasty meals in the updated kitchen, equipped with new cabinets, new granite countertops, and a full suite of sleek, new appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the updated dining table with seating for six.

Find ultimate comfort in the primary suite, featuring a king bed, 32” TV with DVD, and soothing ocean views. The en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with two queen beds and a 38” TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice Room
The room and view were nice. There is no restaurant on site. 2 ice machines and vending every other floor. Room are all off the parking garage so you hear cars constantly when you are in the room. Probably wouldn't revisit this location.

Perfect location
Loved this condo. Perfect set up and location. Walkable to pretty much everything. View of the ocean is incredible. Plenty of room for fam to sit on deck. People previously mentioned issues with parking, but it was not bothersome to us. We prepared ourselves for tight spots so weren’t surprised. Just take your time going in and out of garage. Super nice being able to park right outside of room.

Great stay in Myrtle Beach!
We don't usually stay right in the heart of Myrtle Beach because we prefer the quiet of N. Myrtle Beach, but we had plans there that made it much more convenient to do so. Well in a nutshell, we had probably the best stay ever and it was basically due to this condo. This two bedroom condo was recently renovated, and it was more than we had hoped for. From the comfortable King size bed, to the awesome balcony view, this place is absolutely the first place we will check on any future visits to the area. Also, because there are not a lot of bars/restaurants in Myrtle Beach that are right on the water, having Bummz Beach cafe (which is on the water) right next door was also a huge convenience! Bottom line, if you are looking for a clean room with a comfortable bed and great ocean view, this is it!

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for a family of 4. Quick beach access and you could walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to and our minivan was able to navigate the parking garage without issue. The indoor pool was being renovated but the outdoor pool was very nice with lots of lounge chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend
The room was clean, seemed recently updated, and the view was amazing. The parking garage is tight but manageable, some areas of the property could have been cleaner or had less trash but trash comes from careless people. One thing, in the 2 queen bedroom, the window show the hallway/parking garage and can be a little noisy. The staff were all friendly. Overall it was a good trip.

Great location
This property is in a great location! We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, as well as the boardwalk. The two bedrooms were great for our family of 4. The unit opens up directly to the parking garage, so it could get a little loud at times but it didn’t bother us. The cleanliness however, was extremely disappointing. We were informed on our arrival day that a month long tenant had just vacated the property but that they were cleaning the best that they could. Although I had told them we wouldn’t arrive until at least 8 pm that night, they apparently cut the cleaning short. I contacted them with a complaint and the next day they sent out another cleaner to take care of the remaining problem areas.

Perfect spot to unwind!
this condo was fresh, newly updated and very pleasing to the eye! We loved the location. Lulu's aross the street had a great breakfast and Bummrz next door was perfect to come off the beach for lunch. The condo was well stocked to prepare our own meals too. October proved to be less crowded with the best weather to just relax and be still and know that He is God.

Loved this little getaway. Place was exactly what is shown. So cute and comfortable. Location is perfect. We weren’t able to check in but we were able to change in restrooms in lobby and the front desk was very accommodating with giving us towels to use at the pool. Hope to stay here again next year.

Overall it's a nice condo just a little cramped for space with 2 children & 4 adults. Most of our time was spent at the beach or out enjoying the town. I would recommend to stay here if you don't mind the tight space.
