Welcome to our beach house! Happily named Thin Mint. Completely remodeled Beach style house, with new furniture, electronics, granite countertops, appliances etc. It is one block away from the Beach & Ocean Blvd.

Our rental features:

-Gas Golf cart. (Rental companies charge hundreds per day for cart rentals in summer)

-Bedroom #1:Queen Bed Smart TV.

-Bedroom #2:Queen bed. 39” Smart TV.

-Detached Game room: Has a Queen size sleeper sofa & a full bathroom. Small refrigerator & basic kitchen. Also has a Foose ball table, Electronic dart board, TV Nintendo with built in 500 games.

-Living room: Beach style furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa. 40” Smart TV

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, utensils, pots pans, Keurig coffee maker & margarita blender

-Linens and towels & washer & dryer
-Big fenced in backyard with two picnic tables & charcoal grill, horseshoe pit, cornhole, fire pit & Tiki Toss

-Covered & screened in oversized rear porch with tiki bar & farm style table!!

-Beach chairs & umbrella

- Free parking pass for Downtown/Boardwalk/Family Kingdom. (parking is $10-$20 in these areas)

-Golf cart access based on availability. Restrictions apply.

Adam was awesome. The house is adorable and very clean. Love the screened in porch and backyard. Golf cart was alot of fun . My fiance and I will definitely stay there again.

Vacation at myrtle
Relaxing . Only problem was bathroom sink inside house was almost clogged and one of pic-nik tables outdoors was in bad shape, and the hammoch had mold growining on it and these items should have been removed from property. Other than that everything was fine.

Enjoyable Stay
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Thin Mint! We loved being able to walk or take the golf cart to the beach. The yard was perfect for hanging out and for our dog to play outside. Amenities were great! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Adam was helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great time of year
Comfortable, modern conveniences, heart of Myrtle beach, and cheaper than a condo, at least this time of year. We were anywhere we wanted to be in 10-15 minutes max. Host was thoughtful, and made himself available were we to need help with anything.

Really enjoyed our stay at Thin Mint house. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. My grandchildren (20 and 17 years old) came for 2 nights and we all had a grand time. The golf cart was used once and is a very nice addition. Would love to come again sometime!

Thin mint was in a perfect location. Only one block from the beach. My grandaughter enjoyed the golf cart rides. When all got too noisy the small house out back was a great get away. It was a game room with a sleep sofa, tv and small kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would definitly come back.

1st For My Daughter
I had the best time and being so close to the beach was a plus for my 1year old daughter. Our dogs came along which made it better for my daughter to adjust to the settings. It was convenient to go out and eat and shop! We will be back to Thin Mint again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We loved the Thin Mint. It was nicely decorated, had a large screened porch and pet friendly fenced back yard. It was a treat to have a fully furnished kitchen instead of the sparse furnishings of our past Myrtle Beach rentals. Adam was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would highly recommend.

Cute beach cottage
We had a great time at the Thin Mint as a family of four and our small dog. The kids loved the bunk bed and the layout of the house was great. We loved having three TV's for everyone to enjoy. The proximity to the beach was a quick trip in the golf cart which was provided. There are plenty of stores for groceries close by and we also ventured out to Wonder Works at Broadway at the beach. We would definitely recommend staying at the Thin Mint!

Perfect Beach Vacation
The pictures truly do not do this property justice. The house is perfect and everything you need is included. The size is ideal for two couples or a small family and it's convenient to everything. Adam was also available to answer any questions we had and check-in and check-out was super simple. The back yard was fantastic and even though we only got on the golf cart once because it was too cold, it ran as it should and was fun. The ONLY complain that we had is that we had to leave. We will def be back.

Family of 4 plus small dog
This is a great property for those traveling with kids and pets. The fenced in yard is a huge bonus for letting our mini schnauzer play outside. The detached game room/guest house was perfect for our babysitter. She loved staying in there and said the couch was comfortable for afternoon naps with our 5 year old son. Location is ideal because of the proximity to the attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The bonus golf cart was great for quick trips to grab lunch or an evening ice cream. We loved the Thin Mint! Our family would stay there again and would recommend to families with children or pets.

So cozy and cute!
My husband and I were looking for a nice getaway from the cold Michigan winter. It was just the two of us and our beagle. This was just the place. Thin mint was so cozy, clean, updated and cute! The fenced in yard was really nice too. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed. The grocery store, restaurants and of course the beach were less than a five minute drive. Adam was great to work with. We are looking forward to bringing our family back and staying again. Thanks for letting us stay at thin mint!

Would definitely stay again!
We visited the "Thin Mint" for Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The location. of the house to the beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away. It was great having a golf cart provided! It made it so much easier for us to take the kids and beach chairs (which were also provided) with us to the beach. We loved how clean the house was and especially the fenced in yard for our dogs! We loved spending time on the. screened in back porch and. made many memories playing. board games and watching the dogs play. The corn hole game, Giant Jenga, books and board games were a great "homey feeling" touch. We will definitely be back if we are able to make it to Myrtle Beach again! Host was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Perfect in every way!
Our family has been going to myrtle every year for 10 years and we had always stayed in hotels. This was the first time we had wanted to try to bring our animals with us and this place came up and looked great. Adam answered all of my questions and made me feel so at ease with booking through vrbo and with booking with a private place that was all new to me. He was so friendly and understood everything! My kids loved the game room with the fooseball and darts. My youngest really loved the jenga, tic tac toe board, and corn hole. The animals loved being with us the whole time. The fenced in yard was perfect! We spent so much time in the back yard and the back porch. The golf cart came in handy to go to the beach too. The beach chairs and toys were amazing! That was a HUGE plus! The less we have to bring with us from our long trip the better! Thank you for making this trip such a perfect one. We will be staying with you from now on.

Short stay
We had a short stay during our move from WV to the Myrtle Beach area while waiting to close on our new home! Adam was an amazing host and Thin Mint was adorable! We loved having the fenced in yard for our furbabies and our boys loved the game room! I recommend this house for any families that wanna be close to the beach and have the ability to travel with their furbabies!!!

Easy and convenient
We had a great stay here. Ran into a problem with the fridge but Adam got someone on it right away to ensure we had a good stay great experience. Had tons of activities to do with the kids like darts foos ball board games and more. Lots of beach supplies too!

Fantastic and fun!
We loved the set up! Games and outside area was great! Wish it had been cooler to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard but that gives us an excuse to come back later in the year. Will definitely come back!
