This 9th floor Oceanview Studio is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED approximately 20 blocks south of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach and 1.8 miles to the Myrtle Beach Airport. This cozy unit will sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child with an oversized double bed and a futon. Enjoy your OCEAN VIEW BALCONY and let the sound of the ocean and the tranquil breeze relax you.

IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

We left early because of the conditions of the room
This stay has been one of the worst that I have ever experienced. It started with the check in process. I did not receive a code and was not informed that I had to check in before 6 pm the day of my stay. It took one hour to get into the unit. When we finally go in we were extremely disappointed by the unit. The bed was not made. We had to make the bed. Dishes were not cleaned properly. The garbage bags had no bags in them. This wouldn’t have mattered if the cleaning fee was not over $130 which did not include daily cleaning. The bathroom was very small with a tub that was so small that we could not fit in one at a time. The water in the bathroom would not warm up so we showered with cold water. The mattress was uncomfortable. If you were not in the center of the bed you’d fall down. I don’t usually like to make a big deal with such experiences but this was a very bad experience. We did not stay the second night because of how uncomfortable we were in that unit. We traveled to Myrtle Beach to have a restful weekend not because we were desperate. Would most definitely NOT recommend.

This place is awsome...although 4 stairs because the tub doesnt drain fast from all the sand clogging it...and i feel like the door lock could be better....it could easily be opened with a credit card.... I wouldnt leave money in there...we enjoyed the stay , the lcation , we would stay there again...

Small Get Away
Room was cleanand ready whenwe arrived.Only issues were minor as shower stall is very small,especially when your heavier set and over 6ft 2 in tall. Thensliding door going out onto balcony needed track cleaned and some grease added as was very hard to open and close especially from outside where handle was smaller. Lastly and the worst issue we had ormost unprofessional was on Monday morning after checking in Sunday about 10A.M. a loud knocking on our door. Finally got up to see who it was and it was the exterminator coming in to spray.This was our honeymoon and well someone strange coming into the room while your half dressed at best and in bed to spray a chemical for bugs was quite intrusvie in my opinion as these things should be scheculed between 10-4 on days of someone's checkout datesso there is no one in the room at the time. Otherwise the staff and everyone we spoke with were very niceand helpful. I definitely would work and that door as well as timing the maintenace spraying to timeswhen the room is unoccupied.

They stay was overall ok. I did not like the fact that someone came in our room at 9:40 am the day we were checking out. He literally just walked in our room, and didn’t knock. So that made me a little uncomfortable.

We came in on a Thursday night and they did not provide any correct linens so we were unable to stay at the property. Contacted the property 5 times now and have yet to be refunded for the one night we werent able to stay. Customer service is horrible.

This property is perfect for couples with a great view. It’s studio size with no stove and shower is small. Beach access is right out back of the building with a restaurant and bar on the main level. Stores are within distance. Overall nice place.

Great location with secure building and parking garage which is across street. Cute little room perfect for 1 or 2 people. Refrigerator and small kitchen with microwave. Good view of beach. Location is close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean. Only issue is shower was on smaller side but great water pressure. Would stay again.

Room was ok as described, check in could be easier. Waiting to get a code for the door at 4pm is ridiculous. No toiletries at all, as described, but come on, you could give up a couple rolls. The linen thing sucks too, you have to make your own bed, and the sheets didn't even fit. Parking? Hope you don't mind walking back to the second street. Room was ok but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great weekend place!
We loved this little room, it was clean and cozy! My only complaint is that there is nowhere to put your clothes except to hang them in the closet. Bathing suits and under garments need drawers! If the desk/ printer were removed there would be plenty of space for a small dresser under the tv. I wish there had been a small stove with an oven, as we wanted to cook a pizza one night, but that's a minor thing. Also, the bottom sheet provided didn't fit no matter how much we tugged on it, so it slid off every night. Next time I think I would take my own sheets.
