Great spot to stay
The stay was good for the most part. Only problem we ran in to was the water being shut off for about 10 minutes when we got there and another 10 minutes on another day. I think they are doing some remodeling so that’s understandable.

View with a cozy room
Great location with easy beach access and great balcony views. If you want to spend time at the beach and not be concerned about amenities, this is the spot! Exactly as described- Enjoy!

Lock broken on sliding glass door. Rust colored water when you first rurned shower on. And at end of stay you have to take your trash to the dumpster. Will not stay there again

Great Time
Very nice cozy small place with perfect view of ocean. We walked the beach back & forth so many times. Loved the balcony. Condominium building is older but new management is working hard to make it good.

It was an overall decent property for the money I suppose. You get what you pay for. I didn’t like that you don’t get any room service. Have to wash your own bed linens and towels. Not even free to wash. The rooms are okay clean. Our room had black mold in the air conditioner and on the ceiling. Had plenty of room on the beach. Not very crowded at all. Decent stay all in all

Great location, but...
The rental is at a great location in Myrtle beach, with all major attractions within 1 mile radius. The balcony in the room that gives spectacular beach/ocean views is the major highlight of this rental. Appliances were all in good shape - Fridge, microwave, cooktop and oven. But the bathroom could've been bigger and cleaner and the shower doesn't have enough pressure. The balcony was sandy and whenever we go out and come in, we have to dust our feet and we had to buy carpet by ourselves. It would've been better if the room had carpet/rugs in the living area. There was nobody in the lobby and we have to walk across the street to talk to somebody about the stay. This was the only rental which accommodated cats, so we had to go with it, but my cats enjoyed the stay.

Great location
The important thing to realize is that this is a vacation rental at Myrtle Beach. Is it going to be a five-star hotel… absolutely not. Is it an ocean front unit with a fantastic balcony view and accessible to the beach…absolutely. This unit has everything you will need to enjoy the beach. I can’t speak for everybody but my focus is to find a safe, reliable place to lay my head and my items when I’m away from the room. You can easily walk to the boardwalk and a lot of attractions without having to get into your car. There are plenty of fantastic walkable breakfast locations and I recommend Johnny’s waffles more than any other. While the pool is considerably smaller than the surrounding locations, the beach is literally right there and while it is busy we never had a problem finding an area to lay our towels even later in the morning. My only wish is the couch functioned as a pull out bed but I knew it in advance and so I am grasping at straws with that. ***Bonus Feature*** I booked this unit specifically because I was going to bring my dog, who is 40-45lbs, and most places have a max limit of 40lbs. This unit is incredibly dog friendly and many of the people there had larger dogs who were very friendly.

Absolutely no hospitality
I have stayed at many home/condo rentals. One of the things I have appreciated the most is the personal amenities and character of each stay. This place had zero accommodations! The room was not cleaned until one hour after check in time. We were not told that the building was under total renovations and was not able to be used. We were told there would be dishes, pots and pans. There was 1 bowl, 2 glasses and 1 pan big enough for one person servings. We were instructed to wash and dry dishes with no dish rag or sponge. This forced us to use one of the wash rags that we were told would cost an additional fee if we needed extra linen. The pics display a bathtub with a full shower curtain, there was only a shower with a shower curtain that was too short which caused us to use an additional towel for the floor.The property location was a gem! Location was great & nearby amenities & attractions. The hotel definitely needs some tlc but you can tell they are renovating & care about their guests & residents. If you’re looking for a cheap getaway to a nice beach & don’t want to pay for a 5 star resort & would rather save on dining & atracrions, this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon and the view of the ocean was amazing! We had a problem with the drain in the tub being clogged; and the parking across the street is a little rough but the location is great.

Enjoyable condo!
We had a great week. The room does need a dehumidifier because even with the air on it was very moist in the room. During the hurricane winds it flooded from the air conditioner, that may need looked at. By no means were these things a problem for us, just observations to try to be helpful
