Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was incredible, from the big window with the open view to how cozy the furniture and floorplan felt. Wonderful vacation
We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the direct access to the pool and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub daily. We will definitely be back!

Can’t thank Rocco enough for allowing us to come into his home and make this trip possible. The house was beautiful and very clean. All appliances up to date and the view was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great Beach Stay
We recently stayed at this home just south of Myrtle Beach. The online description is highly accurate. It's as close to the ocean as you can get, has a wonderful pool area, deck, and pier. The beach is private to the development and doesn't get much traffic which is great if you want a nice quiet beach vacation. Our contact, Janet, was very helpful if we had questions. Great experience, recommend highly.

Amazing!
This was the perfect getaway and the views of the ocean are wonderful. We loved hanging out by the pool. Another great feature was the speaker system that played throughout the house and outside. Janet the house manager was great too. The house looked just like the pictures and was very neat and clean. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect!! 💗
I cannot day enough good things about this property or it’s owner and manager! We had an amazing long weekend celebrating Mother’s Day! The house amazing, the view is gorgeous, we loved the pool and hot tub and Outdoor speakers!!! We had 3 generations there and everyone was equally in love with this house!! The response time to any question was within minutes!!! Overall outstanding trip, we will be back!!

Great House
This house was very nice in the way it was laid out. Everyone had their privacy. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Great beach access.The only problem we had was that the grill would not light. Had gas coming to it. We like not having to eat out every night so this was a disappointment.

Fall Family Getaway
We stayed at the property for two weeks in the fall with family (wife and I, mother-in-law, teenage son and his friend). This home was fantastic with amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach via the deck directly from the house. Home was perfect for us and included living areas to spend time together as well as separate spaces including a game room. The ‘office’ area was a huge bonus for me to get work done while enjoying two weeks from reality. The management company also did their best to accommodate a last minute issue when we had to get a flat tire fixed on morning of checkout. Overall experience with this home was great and hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to come back.

All that’s advertised and more
This property exceeded our expectations. Absolutely breathtaking views. Excellent amenities. Incredibly clean. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of town to be private and peaceful, but close enough to be there in minutes when you are seeking shopping, dining, etc. Janet was extremely responsive and helpful when a question arose, which made the stay that much better. 5 out of 5 stars doesn’t do this home & location justice. Simply amazing!

Spring break trip
I would have preferred to know about the additional fees to run the hot tub and pool before arrival. Not after the booking. 2 separate fees for one pump to run both devices is also ridiculous. We didn’t have heat for 2 days until they sent a rep out to turn the temp up. We weren’t reimbursed for that time. Otherwise property was great and we had a fantastic trip.

Vacation on the beach
This oceanfront home was just what we wanted…a clean, luxury home right on the ocean. We loved walking out on the patio and hearing the ocean waves crash into the surf. This home was very clean and true to the pictures on the listing. The owners communicated well before and during our stay. You can tell they care for their property and really want you to enjoy your time there. The beaches were wonderful and not crowded even when the rest of Myrtle Beach was packed with tourists. We spent most of our time at the property away from others tourists enjoying the beach and pool. We had a great experience here and would definitely stay again if we were ever to come back to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect family beach vacation!
We just got home last night and had the BEST beach trip at Rocco’s house!! My kiddos are 4 and 7 and I was nervous about an October beach vacation but it was absolutely perfect. Janet was amazing!!! She immediately responded to all of my questions before and during our stay. She checked in with us and had a pool cleaner out within hours to help with the pool. The weather was perfect, house was immaculate and comfortable. They already had everything we needed for our stay ready to go. We had a great experience and will definitely be back! Thank you Janet and Rocco!!

Perfect Stay with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this property and hope to be back. It was even more beautiful in person. We had 7 people in our group ranging in age from 12 to 71 and everyone had a great time. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit. The view of the ocean and easy access to the beach was also wonderful. Everyone had a clean and comfortable space in the home and could spread out. The game room was very fun when it was raining (we had pool and foosball tournaments). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and it was so nice to have the washer/dryer. The management company was very responsive and helped us right away with heating the hot tub. The location was also great. Loved it!

The house is well laid out with plenty of space to relax, tvs everywhere if you need that. Realty company was fantastic, lovely about accommodating the needs of my father, very much appreciated. Great location near stores. Only suggestions we'd make is an umbrella or two for the deck (we actually bought one and left it at the house, you're welcome) and at such a luxury property supplying beach towels would be appreciated. It was a wonderful experience!!

Beautiful beach home & memories of a lifetime
This house is gorgeous!As nice as the photos are it’s even better in person.From the entry way to the moment you see the ocean after entering.Spacious, beautifully decorated & designed.Impeccably clean and well appointed.The beds were incredibly comfortable.Countless seating areas outside allowed us to never lose sight/sound of the ocean.We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire stay(5days)The pool area was wonderful!Clean,perfect water temp.,outdoor speakers to enjoy music wherever we were and beautiful landscaping.The sunrise is not to be missed. Janet was a bonus from booking to checkout! Great communication,friendly, informative & very quick with responses.Going out of her way to make this a most memorable trip.My only regret is not finding it sooner.We will return:) Thank you Rocco for opening your home to us❤️We are most grateful!

The Perfect Family Beach House
WOW! Walk upstairs from the foyer to the main part of the house and WOW the most spectacular ocean view will greet you! The incredible ocean views from almost every window and the gorgeous house really do look as beautiful in real life as they do in the photos! This was our first time renting a beach house and it was an even better experience than we expected! Janet (the host) was quick to respond with any questions leading up to our stay and also answered any questions that came up while we were there. The beach house is equipped with everything we needed as a family with two young children- beach and pool toys, beach towels, meal prep equipment in kitchen, etc. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was wonderful walking out to the beach each day to play in the sand and ocean and also enjoy the private pool with our children. We enjoyed all of our meals at the house and utilized the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch each day and ordered take-out from local restaurants for dinner. There is a grocery store and a dollar store within a 5 minute drive and a nice outdoor shopping area under 10 minute drive. We cannot wait to visit again!!

Amazing beach home
Let me just start by saying that we packed our car full with everything we would need for our beach vacation, but when we got there, we found that Rocco and Janet had already provided everything we needed! The house was very easy to find, and in a beautiful location. The first thing we saw was the amazing view that greeted us as we walked into the living area! Absolutely incomparable! You are literally steps from the beautiful private beach. There are several lovely furnished decks to enjoy the sunrise, sunsets, and more of those spectacular views. The home is well stocked with everything...utensils, towels, linens, cleaning supplies, etc. There is even an icemaker. The washer and dryer were great to have available. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We rented a golf cart for the week and used that for getting around. The rental was about 10 minutes away and we picked it up each morning. Perfect sized pool and hot tub with plenty of seating. Awesome shaded area under the deck for grilling and family time. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the sheets so much that I found the bamboo store and bought my own set! Fun blackjack game in the game room. Great kitchen. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Thank you so much to Rocco. And Janet....kudos! Check in was a breeze....She checked on us several times during the week. Great job and much appreciated. Five stars is not enough!

Week of October 21st at Picture Perfect
We enjoyed our week at this house and would rent it again. So many things to do right at the house....beach, pool, Can Jam, Cornhole, Large Connect 4, Spike Ball, putting green, pool table, foosball, and arcade game, etc. Luxury rentals team was great also. We had a couple issues. Their response time was excellent and continued to follow up on the issue to be sure we were completely satisfied. The people we worked with were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Thank you for a Great week!!

Fantastic view!
Great property for family vacation. We had a good bit of rain, but we were never without things to do indoors due to the many games and pool room. When we were outside, we enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, and we were just a stone’s throw from the ocean- perfect for when our little ones needed a short break. We ate in most of our meals, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools and appliances. We utilized the second fridge too! And I must mention the wonderful view of the ocean from the huge picture window in the living room! Fabulous!!!

Great Beach Escape
