Just pay the extra money for something nicer if you can. Beds hard. One pillow. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Door was hard to open. Pretty sure a drug deal happened across the street. If you do decide to stay here be safe.

Washer didn’t work , rooms very small and not very clean , sink kept getting backed up and wouldn’t drain. If you have a small vehicle you have to park in the sketchy underground parking lot. WiFi didn’t work

No room services front desk was very rude changed rooms twice and still was bad room one broken chair for the balcony no trash can inside the room refrigerator was dirty sheets was dirty had to go out and buy some

nowhere did they state on-site about a $100 deposit if under 25; i wouldn’t have known at all till check in had i not called and asked. what they don’t share is that they won’t refund your deposit! was supposed to be refunded “shortly after checkout,” but days later and they won’t pick up the phone any time of day—the one time i got someone on the phone, they stated they couldn’t refund me because the hotel “didn’t have any available funds to do so.” absolute scam. not cleanly, either.
