Ocean Blue 301 is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo, perfectly situated on the South end of Myrtle Beach. Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. This property is recently upgraded with new flooring and paint. Visitors return year after year to enjoy this spacious condo and relax on the large balcony looking over the ocean!

Ocean Blue does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY vehicles. The parking garage clearance is 7FT.

Family vacation
This condo was very nice! We had plenty of room for 9 adults. It was very clean and seemed to be well-maintained. There were a couple of minor issues with the refrigerator ice/water dispensers but other than that, it's a great place with lots of amenities!

Best Rental Property
By far this has been the best Condo I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, there was soooo much room and space for my whole family. It was fully stocked with everything that my family needed. The balcony was fantastic. I could go on and on about this property as it went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely rent this condo again!!

Property and Location A+
We had plenty of room ( there were 7 of us), and room for more. The balcony was large, roomy and wonderful! We parked right outside the room on the same level, so easy access to our cars, and the beach was right there. A friend came to visit and stayed a few nights and was able park next door at no cost! Everything in the condo was in wonderful shape and the kitchen was well equipped with 2 dish washers and refrigerators. We all said we would come again! I have no complaints, gripes nor negative comments.
