Perfect for waking up to a beautiful sun rise, waves crashing and peaceful R&R. (Which is what I was looking for). Clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

The place was very small - two people max - closet door was broken - furniture was NOT comfortable, we are in our 50's - might be comfortable for someone in their 20's - my towel smelled like vinegar - what bothered me most was the roaches - seen two - won't stay here again - also I am not sure when it was newly renovated but didn't look like it was anytime recent

This is an exceptional property. The condo is very nicely appointed and the decor is modern. There are a few things that need attention but overall I would rate it 9.5/10. The location is great with many amenities some are walkable. There are many choices of restaurants, some less than 5 min walking distance. Two near by are by the ocean. Internet access was generally good with high speed. First access to the property was a bit complicated and the instructions provided were light on the details. The grounds are well kept, secure with easy access. The balcony was great and the patio chairs were nice. We spent many evenings enjoying the view and sounds of the ocean. The beach access was great. Parking available across the street. The only downside was the communication with the property management before and during our stay. They do not always respond to queries and it was at times frustrating. Do not expect any communication before at least 7 days before your arrival. Overall I would rate this property 9.5/10. Will definitely return.
