Brand new to the Luxury Beach Rentals program. Discover the ultimate getaway at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse located in The Marina, a AAA Four Diamond Resort situated along the Intracoastal Waterway. This spacious unit opens to breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the marina, visible from two private balconies. The open-concept living space is equipped with high-end furnishings, large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, and washer and dryer. This two bedroom condo has a king bed in the master along with full bath and beautiful views of the waterway. The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds and direct access to the main bathroom.



Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with easy access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with a sauna. Guests also have access to a private section of the beach (5 minute drive) with a beach bar offering a variety of food and drinks. The Oceanfront Beach Access does not include access to the adjacent "Ocean Club", which is a private membership club also located on the Grande Dunes.

Marina Inn thru Luxury Rentals
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was in great location. Slider doors had no blinds so sun and marina lights shown in. Couldn’t sleep in main bedroom, too bright. Beds and pillows were hard and flat, otherwise nice. Tiny trash can in kitchen, not usable for more than one day. Wouldn’t recommend going thru Luxury Rentals

1st Time at Myrtle Beach
We loved this property for our first visit to Myrtle Beach! I will say that the check-in process is a little odd and the front desk workers (that work for Marina Inn) weren’t the nicest. They were a little rude because we rented through Vrbo (Luxury Beach Rentals) and not through them directly. The woman at the desk tried to say that we weren’t allowed to us the shuttle to the beach or any of the towels provided at the pool because “we rented through a 3rd party and didn’t have a credit card on file with them in case of damages or stolen towels.” I called the property manager about this woman and she was very friendly and assured me that we were allowed to us the shuttle as well as all amenities on the property, so just be ready for that when you check in. Aside from that, the condo was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. We have 3 boys (14,12, and 11) and there was ample room for everyone. Having the shuttle to the beach was awesome because it saved room in our vehicle for packing because chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are all included without having to make a reservation. Our condo was very clean with a large, front loading washer and dryer which was nice to have with all the towels and beach stuff throughout the week! The only problem was all the towel racks in the guest bathroom came out of the drywall the first day. I called about having them fixed for next renters and was told someone would fix them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect, from the clean spacious rooms, to the fully stocked kitchen, to the walk in Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. There are beautiful views of the marina and the Inter-coastal Waterway from both the living room and master bedroom balconies. The condo is roomy and spacious, and has a home like feel to it. The furniture is very comfortable. The check in with the management was flawless. We are definitely looking forward to returning to this condo real soon!

The management company was wonderful to work with . We are looking forward to returning to this condo!
