Had the basics. Loved the folded towels on the beds. As a germ-a-fob loved see antibacterial soaps in restrooms. Enjoyed the chill time out on patio with cool breeze and area was super close to so many activities.

We have stayed in the Myrtle Beach Villas before, the owner has done a good job decorating the place. The couch was comfortable, the appliances (tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer) seemed up to date.

Solid Place, Exactly What We Needed
Enjoyed our stay. We were a group of guys there for golf so we were not at the property much. Seems like lots of vacationers are there at this building, many doing the same thing. Rooms were all clean and host communication was great. No complaints whatsoever, lots of space and central to everything we needed to get to. Thank you!

Our family had a great time here! There were enough bedrooms for all 13 of us. We loved how close the condo was to the beach. I had read other reviews so I knew what to expect. We brought extra supplies for meals but I was surprised how much cookware was already there- even a crockpot. The only thing I would suggest to bring is a nonstick skillet. The ones there have seen better days. We would definitely stay here again.

Family get-away
This condo has everything our family of 15 needed. It was right across from the beach and walking distance to a lot of activities. The condo has plenty of space and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had a crock pot. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone and was very well maintained. Kids loved it. The only thing you need to prepare for is the excitement because you are staying on a main strip of a beach town and people are enjoying themselves. We would stay here again and the host Tony was every responsive and accommodating to our communications and needs.

The house is very spacious and accommodating for a large party. A very quick unobstructed all to the beach front. The owner/manager was very quick with check in instructions. . One suggestion I have for the owner, add some extra blankets to the house! There is one thin quilt on every bed and nothing else. We planned on using the futon but it was leather and had no linens, sheets or blanket, in the house for it. I went to Walmart and bought an extra blanket for my bed as it was cold during our stay. They are about 15 extra pillows but oddly not one single blanket. This is my second time staying in. This house and overall it’s great! I will be staying again next winter, I’ll just be prepared to bring some extra blankets.

The property was just okay. It needs an upgrade. The floor is pretty sad looking. The furniture is worn out. No blankets were available which we needed since it was January. Very little bath towels were provided. No towel to step on coming out of the shower. We had a terrible issue the 1st evening with some guests in the pool area cursing, being loud and playing loud music. I had to call the police. The neighborhood is not the best. I didn’t know that going in. Pluses. Close to the beach and airport.

No Redemption....
My family and I stayed at this property based on the good reviews on VRBO. Sadly, I am breaking that streak and hoping this review prompts the owner to make a visit to his property and see the condition and lack of. In a conversation with the owner upon our arrival on the first day he said he lived in another state and has local people to oversee the property. Well the people who are supposed to be overseeing the property must have very low expectations for cleanliness. The first night of our stay, I emailed the owner expressing some concerns: 1. Wifi or cable was working upon arrival 2. Floors were dirty. 3. Pillows on couch were extremely smelly and dirty. The sofas had stains and one chair pillow had the stuffing hanging out. 4. A lamp shade had a large tear. 5. The double bedroom closet off from the front entrance did not have space in the closet to store luggage because it was filled w/a shop vac and other miscellaneous items. 6. Several of the pillows on the beds were filthy and some look like blood stains. 7. Curtains in one of the upstairs bedroom didn't even cover the window completely and there aren't any blinds to help give some privacy. The curtains look like they were torn down and tacked back up. 8. The pool table is stained and dirty. 9. Unit had a smell. 10. We killed 3 roaches over the stay. 11. Two bathroom shower doors were off the track and water was going everywhere. I emailed the owner on 11/24 that was very polite and specific about the concerns and I still have not heard back and it is 12/9. Very, very, very poor guest service. Will not stay at this unit again or any other property owned by the current owner.

The location was good, number of bedrooms and bathrooms was good but the list of cons is long: the living room furniture was in horrible condition, the pleather was coming off in chunks, the pool table was stained and had not been swept off, the pool cues we broken, there were no pillow cases for the extra pillows, there were king size pillows that were as flat as a board but no king size pillow cases, only standard size, there was initially only one towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per bedroom, there was numerous light bulbs that were burned out, the smoke detector was chirping when we got there, the freezer had googles, flip flops, beer and melted ice cream left in it, the floors were filthy and as I swept I found a 2" piece of broken glass, concerning since we had four children with us, the dryer face front has about a foot diameter of rust on it. Earlier reviews were great and did not reflect our experience at all, so it makes me not trust reviews. because I can't believe all this was a result from the previous tenant. If the website reflected the actual condition of the unit the rentals would definetly decline and income reduced for the owner. I did call the owner and he did call me back and sent another cleaning person over on Sunday who brought new towels, swept off the pool table, moved he couch to clean under it, she brought blanket to "cover" the unsightly couch and keep the pleather from continuing to come off, changed light bulbs and tried to make it right. Of course this took time out of our vacation time but was needed. In my conversation with the owner I indicated the unit we were staying in did not come close to what was displayed on the HomeAway website and asked that he consider refunding some of our money. After we checked out he sent me an email indicating he would not be refunding any of our rent because most issues were resolved on Sunday except for the couch and dryer, and he was not replacing them. If that is the case then he should be displaying the current conditions of the unit and furnishings. I am not happy with my experience this time with HomeAway. I hope something is done about this to make sure that the next tenant doesn't have to go through the same disappointment.

Good, but unnecessarily noisy, mainly from the people directly above us. Whomever it was has a toddler who runs and jumps from one end of that unit to the other, all day long and into the evening. Drove us nuts. Otherwise, we loved the place.
