This perfect vacation getaway comfortably sleeps up to six guests and will provide you the opportunity to enjoy the beach while providing comfort and safety in busy Myrtle Beach. Located just a block away from the sandy beaches, this cozy getaway is nestled in a peaceful location that allows you to settle into a quiet and relaxing retreat . If you're looking for the perfect seaside location for you and your family or friends for your next getaway, then look no further! Surrounded by mouth watering dining destinations and shopping, you won't have to go far for fun and entertainment. This vacation getaway encompasses modern luxuries that will surely impress any guest, while the coastal inspired décor will delight your senses and make your stay special. The townhome features an outside private, fenced patio area for easy access when returning from the beach. Patio area has a grill (charcoal) and a dry storage box filled with boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The solar powered and heated outdoor shower is also located in the patio area for rinsing off after you return from the beach. The main level
of the two level townhome includes a large living space, breakfast area with a 6 person dining table, fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition to the coastal inspired furniture and décor, the living room includes a 55 inch mounted TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The main level also has a half bath, laundry area with washer and dryer, laminate and tile floors and a door leading to the outside patio. Upstairs includes laminate flooring and two large bedrooms with queen size beds, lots of closet and storage space, smart TV’s with streaming services as well as a full private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features built-in bunk beds with individual lighting and outlets for gadgets or tablets. The townhome is located right across the street from Grand Dunes resort where a beach lifeguard is on-duty at all times during the summer and an ice cream truck stops every single day - a highlight for your family's little ones and adults every year!
Guests also get two free parking spots just steps away from the townhome and free access to the beach.
Snow Birds are welcome to enjoy the southern weather year around. All monthly rentals in December, January and February( upto February 15) are eligible for snowbird discount (35% off regular prices) as reflected on VRBO.

This home was immaculate and so beautiful. The decor was so beautiful and the home was very clean. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach. If you are looking to stay in Myrtle Beach, please make this home your first option.

Great Location
Great location away from the traffic near the boardwalk but still close enough to drive in under 15 minutes. Close to grocery stores, starbucks and gas stations. Would definitely recommend staying here with anyonr who wants to feel like they are at home.

Family vacation to Myrtle Beach
This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach. The beach house is as exactly as listed, and was perfect for us. One block walk to the beach, all things needed for the beach as well. We needed a few minor things and spoke with renters and property manager and received excellent help.

This property was perfect for me and my small family. Plenty of space. Pristine condition. Close to everything. The beach is literally a block away. Highly recommend. Quick communication and would definitely go back!

Charming townhouse across the street from the beach
If you want to be able to walk just about 1 block and then be at the beach, this cute townhouse is perfectly located. The place is charming and has that laidback, beachy vibe that reminds you you’re on vacation. Take the beach cart and an umbrella and chairs for an all-day hang at the beach and return to make lunch/dinner in the well-appointed kitchen, finally relaxing in the living room to watch some T.V. The owner was very responsive, which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Wonderful property and property owner!
My families stay was wonderful! My kids loved that it had stairs...... go figure. It was as advertised just a short walk to the beach. We did get locked out midway thru our stay and couldn't get ahold of the property manager but easily contacted the owner! They were wonderful and contacted the property manager to come let us in. Very clean and had the accommodations we needed for our kids! Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, great place, great location. We were chilly, given that it was late December, we thought we would find more than thin summer blankets. We asked the owner for additional blankets and pillow cases for the extra pillows. No additional blankets were found or provided when requested. Also, there were some frebreeze type things and my wife is very sensitive to chemical smells. Would have been a clear five stars if our concerns had been attended to.

The only negative 8 can say is stop emailing so many emails. When we got to the house we were there for almost an hour going through so many darn emails trying to find the info needed to get in the place. But of course after reading 50,000 emails then realized they text me the info. I wish they would send one confirmation email and a text the day of arrival with code info. Thatsall that is needed. I couldnt even find anything telling us what to do before leaving. So we did nothing sincewe do pay alot of cleanibg fees and orger fees and extra fees amd all those etc. Fraud fees that should pay for any clean up. Over all this was the best place weve stayed ever the most cleanest ever modt comfortable ever in over 30 years of renting vacation rentals. This littlw place was heaven to us.thank you so much for letting us stay it was a pleasant stay.
