And that is putting it nicely. Let me start by putting the positives.. that would be the view of the ocean from the room. Also the room was decent. The list ends there. Now I’ll move to the negatives: Upon arrival we were told the main Parking lot was broken, okay fine, but then ran into the problem of having to park across a busy street and also not enough parking spots for the overcrowded facility. People were literally fighting over parking spots. So much for free parking. Next we were put on the 12th out of 14th floor, again fine. Then runs into the problem of the Elevators taking 10 min to get to my floor every single time I needed one. It was 45 degrees outside at one point and the elevators were outside. Next we tried to cook only to realize our stove and oven wouldn’t turn on. We called the front desk and they said they would send maintence “right up”.... after waiting almost 2 hours...2!!!! We finally tried to figure it out ourselves.. we open the oven and their is a zip tie in the oven because it’s never even been used.. good thing it wouldn’t turn on I guess because it would’ve melted. We finally figure out it’s the breAker for the oven needs to be switched on I try to call front desk 2 times to let them know not to send maintenance “right up” but they never answer the phone. Next we ran out of towels and Called 4 times in one day and didn’t get any, we finally hunted down one of the cleaning ladies on another floor in order to get some. We went to the game room and after breaking multiple dollar bills in order to buy tokens for the games realized there is no machine for the tokens and we asked front desk and they said they don’t have any as well? Okay what is the point of having a game room THAT ONLY ACCEPTS TOKENS if you have no tokens to actually purchase? Next the Chlorine in the indoor pool/hot tub was so high it burns your eyes as soon as you walk in the room, you can hardly stand to open your eyes in there let alone swim. Overall horrible experience and would not stay again.
