Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages MRV50! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage has furniture, electronics, and appliances, and is located is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beach with an outdoor community pool.

This rental features:
--Bedroom #1: A Queen-size bed and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, upstairs.
--Bedroom #2: Two full-size beds and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, upstairs.
--Bedroom #3: A Queen-size bed and a HD flat screen TV with Roku, downstairs.
--Living room: traditional furnishings in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy chair with ottoman seating for four plus a dining table with seating for three and a flat screen TV with Roku
--Fully equipped kitchen, additional seating for two at the counter and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.
--Two full bathrooms, one upstairs and two downstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs

Fill your wish lists at the two Tanger Outlets, Market Common and the assorted malls and shopping centers. Set sail for a high seas adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving. Overall our stay was good. Only issues we had were the master bathroom sink water didn’t work and extra main floor bathroom toilet slowly leaked. Great location to beach and amenities. Check in process was great as well!

Great Place needs minor updating
Place was perfect for our family, centrally located with a short walk to the beach. The small kitchen appliances, pots, and pans need updating. Other than this I would recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect! The property is beautiful and up to date. It has everything we need for our short vacation. We love the well equipped kitchen. The beach is right across the street. Great location for families with children! We love this cottage very much. Would come back every year.

Stay was OK
We were visiting town for a strength lifting competition. The beds were not comfortable so be aware if you’re searching for a good nights rest. The cleanliness of the place especially the kitchen when we arrived was lacking. For 7+ guests staying 4 nights, we were only supplied 3 toilet paper rolls, 2 trash bags & no hand soap. We expected more amenities for the price we paid. Other than that, location was close everything.

Overall it was a nice place with good location close to the beach and shopping. The washer and dryer was a great help. Master bedroom shower stall had a shower curtain that did reach all the way down and water went all along the floor and gave it a musty smell. If that's corrected it's a good place. Also pool was vary close.

We did have a great time, but the property could be cleaner, the walls, doors, and door knobs (especially with COVID, they should be sanitized) are very dirty as well as the patio, who could use such a dirty space. The air and hot water were excellent as well as the storage in the kitchen and the appliances and dishes. It would of been nice to have ten towels for ten people or notify people to bring towels. Having the option for another parking spot would also be nice since we rented a golf cart and had two cars so that presented a challenge. Hope the info can be put to good use. Thanks.

excellent location
The house was comfortable. I would paint the place and clean the doors. Coffey maker should be updated. Add an extra roll of toilet paper to the bathrooms. Dishwasher should be replaced or at least state" push hard from both sides of the dish washer. Explain what to do with the towels and sheets. We put in the washer, but not sure it was right. I would supply saran wrap. Needs new fridge (the side compartments were not secured. Very few pans and the pans were old. The knives were very dull and need a new broom. The condo was nice and had a great location. Need more than one dish towel for the kitchen. The TVs were difficult to figure out and we did not know that TV provider. Difficult to get live TV. Thanks for letting us stay-we enjoyed our time.

Girls getaway
My friends came to myrtle beach for my birthday and it was awesome to have a house a block from the beach. The check in process was super easy and it had everything we need. Only concerning thing was the water pressure for toilet and shower but it was overall awesome and we girls had a great time.

Nice place to stay
The condo was really nice. The owner was very quick to respond. We had a toilet not working properly and he quickly came out and fixed it. The place was clean and the pool was nice. The neighbor was a little run down but not the complex we stayed in. It was well maintained.
