Located on S Ocean Blvd within steps of ocean front it is just two blocks from Family Kingdom Amusement and Water Park and a short walk to many fine restaurants, miniature golf, shopping and other enjoyable activities. Centrally located, this beautiful 3,100 sf condo is fully equipped for your enjoyment including:
• 6 Bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Fulls) and 2 Sleeper Sofas - ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TV'S

The Myrtle Beach Villas II complex has a lazy river/pool* where you can effortlessly float for hours, unwind in one of two hot tubs, or watch your children plan in the nearby kiddie water playground while lounging poolside and soaking in the sun. Pool area is also fully visible from both of the condominium balconies.

The interior parking area has easy access to steps and elevator. June 1 to Sept 1 are weekly rentals only and require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. No daily housekeeping. Ask about terms for under 25.

The place was nice. It was centrally located around shops and restaurants. If you are taking a large group, it is an excellent place to stay. The only thing not provided was extra toilet paper. Also, some of the sheets were stained.

Hardesty Family Vacation
The condo was beautiful. Feet/socks got pretty dirty walking thru the condo from day one. Loved the Rec Room. The younger kids spent a lot of time there. The fact that there were no restrooms at the pool and beach caused me a great deal of concern because of my colon cancer. Never have stayed at a Condo where the pool had no restrooms in 40+ years of vacationing. This would have been a deal breaker for us. Very uncomfortable knowing you are at the beach or the pool and the only restroom is in your condo. Otherwise the condo worked great for my family. Great family time. Just couldn’t have that quality time at the beach or pool.

Luxury Beach Rentals
The condo was very clean and the kitchen and living area has plenty of room for family gatherings. Highly recommend this lovely condo. The hosts were also easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to communication.

Family reunion
The property is older but a great setup for a large group to gather. There were several issues with cleanliness. Mattress covers on the hide a beds were filthy, the utility closet doors were covered with lint, the main bathroom on first floor had mold covering an area of 12x12 inches. I would recommend getting a different cleaning service or make sure the property manager does an inspection before signing off property is available.

Overall the place was nice, could use a little maintenance on interior as far as paint but obviously there will be scuffs from people moving in and out, counters had a good bit of sand on them and the dryer was broke when we got there, and the cord is gone to the electric griddle.. so with that being said i think a little better of an inspection could be done before arrival.. and the dryer was fixed within a couple days so we appreciate that.
