Our stay was good for the price. Our room was clean and spacious with an excellent ocean view from our balcony. Staff were mostly pleasant aside from one person who told me our room was scheduled for full housekeeping service (they only provide it every other day) and housekeeping never came until I called back. Breakfast buffet was poppin. Free waters daily was a perk. Id stay here again in the off season. The Xmas lights on the boardwalk were super magical.

Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was good and had enough options for all in our travel party. One issue we had was when we booked through Expedia we weren’t told that you must pay for parking ($25 for valet or self parking). We self parked and the garage was a street over and not very safe feeling at night especially traveling alone with kids.

Hotel location was conveniently on the beach and boardwalk. There is an excellent restaurant/bar in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the waterpark/ hot tubs and lazy river was great. The staff was amazing. Perfect vacation.

The hotel was exactly what I wanted. I liked that I didn’t had to leave the hotel. We ate breakfast and could have eat later on. I could have view the beach and the script from our room. I would recommend that hotel to my family and friends. I’m going to booked at the hotel again.

The biggest thing about this hotel is that it’s valet only, so the waiting time was ranging from 20-30 minutes just to get your keys to someone. You had to wait on the street in front of the hotel as well. Myrtle Beach has just be become a ghost town over the years, so it’s very dirty. The hotel on the inside is great though! Plenty to do and great service! Rooms are perfect for long weekend stays!

The guy at the bar and the front desk were friendly but that was about it. Valet staff was smoking in the elevator of the parking garage, then just threw his cigarette on the ground.
