The overall stay wasn’t bad since I only stayed for one nice. The biggest complaints were there was no hot water in the shower and the comforter on the bed was really thin. The room was fairly clean though and the parking was easy.

Property was horrible. We went a day early. Was highly disappointed when we got there. Got a 2 bedroom suite and was so small amd no doors for privacy. No hot water. Door fell off onto my husband. We wete so upset we left immediately. But they will not give any momey back at all . The property or Expedia.

The rooms are dirty to the point that the there was nasty stuff on the mirror and the elevator was messed up where we had to take the stairs most the time and we were om the 9th floor. When we requested to get another room on the first floor cause of my sons hip condition that denied it. I tried to talk to their manager but they just kept saying he wasnt in. This is the worst service i ever experienced at a hotel in myrtle.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We were really unhappy with our recent stay at grande beach resort over spring break. Upon arrival to our room we noticed several things unclean. There were several stains on the curtains and beds. The bed with the ocean view appeared to have evidence of present bed bugs so we avoided the entire room. We had no hot water in our shower. The sink drain in the bathroom did not drain in its own at all. All the dishes were extremely dirty and had evidence of roaches in the cabinets. Nothing at the property was open lE bar, restaurant, lounge. The pool was advertised as heated and it certainly wasn't. We came to the desk multiple times about multiple things and no one seemed to know who was in charge or who I could talk to regarding these issues and then they refused any compensation back with photo / video evidence because “you get what you pay for”
