False advertising
When arriving to the property, check in was smooth. Once we went to our room very disappointed. The room didn't match the pictures was nothing like what was previewed. There was gnats in the bathroom, couch had stains all over it. Cabinets didn't close in kitchenette area. Just not what we expected to be in for the duration our stay. Talk to management and they were able to accommodate us, but I did send the private owner a message to let them know I was far from pleased!!!!
