Part of the Patricia Grand Resort, this renovated penthouse unit includes access to fabulous resort amenities and thoughtful accommodations. The oceanfront vacation rental is the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation destination, sleeping 4 with room to welcome your 2 furry family members. Drink coffee and cocktails on either of the two private balconies and enjoy the oceanfront swimming pools, lazy river, Hot Tub and beach access and more.

The resort amenities really set this studio apart from others, and include an oceanfront swimming pool with lounge chairs, a kiddie pool, convenient beach access and more. You'll be just steps from the sand, or when you're ready for lunch and a cold beverage, there's a restaurant and bar onsite.
This studio's central location makes enjoying the best of Myrtle Beach a breeze. Situated just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, your travel to and from will be entirely stress-free.

There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, 4-6 mints, shampoo, and a coupon book
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed) - One time fee of $125 for each pet, 20 pound max weight.
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit
- Additional fees will be applied if towels are found to be stained (including makeup) or missing. Fees are as followed: Bath Towels ($9/ea.), Hand Towels ($3.75/ea.), Face Towels ($2/ea.)

We enjoyed our stay & loved the view from our balcony. The early fall nights were perfect for sleeping with the sliding door open and left us recharged when we left. Our wedding was in North Myrtle Beach so it was convenient for traveling. We definitely will be back,

Mini family vacation
The unit itself was just what we needed, something small and pet friendly. It was clean, had everything we needed as far as supplies, a beautiful view from the top floor. The Patricia Resort pictures made the pools and inside the resort look bigger but although it was smaller than the pictures, the pools were perfect. The lazy river being smaller was the only disappointment, but even that was not a big deal. The price, the amenities, the location and all was perfect for what we wanted.

Excellent Condo in Myrtle Beach
Loved the condo. Fantastic view, very clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed. Some areas of the building need a facelift but we used the pool (indoor and outdoor) as well as some of the many hot tubs. Easy access to the beach. Host was great and will be staying again soon.

The property itself is very outdated and kind of gross. The dishes in the unit were all dirty. We even left early. The beach is nice but wont be staying here again.

Perfect location
Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described and it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular. You could spend hours just sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the balcony watching the waves. The location couldn’t get any better - 5 minutes from broadway at the beach, the boardwalk, and tons of restaurants and if you didn’t want to go out there were indoor pools and hot tubs. The staff was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Jay and Mikes condo.

Amazing beach get away!
This place was amazing! Perfect view of the ocean and so clean and comfortable. If I’m being honest I feel like this listing kind of downplays how many amazing amenities there are at this listing. It has an awesome lazy river and soooo many hot tubs. We swam every night and always had a hot tub to ourselves. They even have a poolside bar with food and delicious drinks. So we never had to leave during the day and could really maximize our beach time. 10/10 will stay again next year

Great location
My husband and I stayed a week in this location. Location was great, elevators are very fast, parking was very easy to use, view was amazing!! Now for the not so good cleanliness was mediocre, sheets were very cheap and didn’t fit the bed ( I went and bought some other ones) laundry was coin operated and on a different floor (maybe I should have just expected that but I didn’t) overall for the price it was a good place to sleep.

Very nice studio apartment with a beautiful view and easy access to dog park right next door. Steps from the beach. Tons of amenities and convenient to everything. Bed is high but comfortable. Water pressure good. Good restaurant on second floor but understaffed, hopefully they can hire. Owners provided thorough instructions and were available if we needed them, but we didn’t. Highly recommend!

Bug in our bed, urine stains and horrible odors on curtains, dirt behind bed, inside kitchen cabinets, top of fridge. Overall filthy. VRBO has not refunded us. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
