Youre going to get exactly what you paid for here. The room was functional and as listed and mostly clean. There was a little mold on the ceiling and the balcony door did not want to slide well. The pool was clean, elevator worked, and building decent kept. I had no experience with staff as you check in and out on your phone. Theres no housekeeping during your stay but they do warn you about that ahead of time. Bring toilet paper and some towels and you're good. Will probably stay again.

We left it was so dirty ...mold...bad linens and felt unsafe with people right our window smoking. When we tried to complain we were directed to the store across the street where a tean age boy listened to the complaint and said...thats bad, thanks for telling me. Pictures were nothing like real life. Totally unacceptable.

Do not book!!!
There was mold on the lamp shade, and moisture on the ceiling. The air conditioner insulation wasn't installed good, so air was coming through the openings around the AC. There was not dining table to eat at. The door to the room was hard to open, and the outside entrance door wasn't closing, so anyone could walk in off the street. The room didn't have an iron or board, and I called for a iron that I never received. The bed was very uncomfortable. This was my first and last time staying there. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.

Quiet area right on beach, walking distance to the boardwalk. It was clean. However, the building is rather outdated/rundown and in need of updates. No housekeeping unless you pay for a mid-stay refresh.

This room was not prepared for guest! There was no table and chair of sit down and eat my food! The pictures were taken off the wall and not put back after painting. There was no toilet paper holder. (I had to hold the toilet paper in my hand). Dishes were dirty! It was paint on the furniture and little table on the deck. It was no iron and ironing board in the room. The sliding glass door was filthy dirty. I could feel the springs in the mattress which had to be purchased at the dollar store! each door entering the street after the entrance that had a security lock, did not close by itself. You had to forcibly push the door close to secure the door! Security hazard! did not feel safe in the building! The door to the kitchenette did not lock automatically! I was unaware of that! Assign should be posted on the lock from the inside to lock the door manually! I will never stay at this facility again! I will be making a complaint and I would like to get a complete refund! I am a disabled vet was very unsatisfied with my two day. Stay at this location. I never stayed anywhere with such poor conditions.

In a pinch it worked. There is no staff to be seen, check in was 2 door codes sent in an email. Elevator is sketchy to say the least. In the emails it says no smoking and you can get fined but yet the whole place smelled of green. The parking is very tight! But I will say the view waking up this morning was beautiful to due having a ocean view. Bed was extra fluffy not a lot of support, but it was clean. The whole room felt moist, bed too. Door locks weren't the best nor easy to operate. AC is a window unit, buttons didn't work, found the remote this morning as we were leaving. Again, in a pinch due to a turn and burn trip it worked, long term we would have moved hotels. Also thankful our child stayed with her nana back home.

Pleasant stay. Wasn't thrilled about the plastic on the mattress, it made me sweat in my sleep thus making sleep limited. Nice location though. Check-in was different. After the gentleman at the general store gave me my codes and parking pass (wasn't in the room as it should have been) the teip was quite enjoyable.

The ONLY good thing about this property is its location. The room had a TERRIBLE ODOR, my comforter had brown stains that look like it could've been fecal matter. My children and I were getting bit every night and itched all night. If I could have afforded it, I would've took the lost pack up and go to another property. I WOULD NOT recommend this location to a dog!!
