Get what you pay for.
Check in wasn't bad, good service at front desk. Took about 45 mins to check in. Trying to bring our bags to the room was awful. 12th floor mind you, 3 out of the 4 elevator on the South tower were out of service. Almost an hour of waiting finally took the only one working down to be able to ride it back up. One of the pools wasn't open.the seal around the fridge was broken so the fridge would leak onto the floor. Cabinets in the kitchen weren't put together correctly. Everytime you open one it would almost fall off. The outlets on the walls looked like they would atch on fire at any moment. Whatever we plugged in would literally fall out of the wall. The room had two AC units on both sides of the room but lacked air flow. Beds were kinda stiff but the mattresses were sealed. Checking out was almost as bad. Thankfully only 1 elevator didn't work this time. Still took almost 30 mins to get down to the lobby.
The internet was better then most hotels I have stayed at.
