With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun. The property is equipped with DVD rental boxes- guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street.

Nice little condo, view is amazing and the place was really quite spacious. We didn't cook but it does have a full kitchen set up there as well. Elevators are fast, lol...check in staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

The view was awesome! Major problem with the sliding door. It was very difficult to open and close. We reported it and someone came to look at it. They didn’t seem very knowledgeable about how to fix it. From the look of the door I think it’s been like this a while.

Restroom is too small along with a very small commode. Front desk lady in the evening shift was not willing to listen the question and answer. Resort is smoke free they told but people are smoking at the balcony and getting strong smell inside the room which is awkward. It's not worthy at all.
