A vacation condo that can fit up to 8 people comfortably and is located 1 block from the water. Several restaurants, bars, shops are in walking distance to the condo! Private back porch with grill and outside shower! Chairs available as well as a Washer & Dryer inside condo! Full kitchen with dishes, silverware, and 6 person table available to guest. 2 bedroom + 2 and a 1/2 baths. TV & DVD player provided in den/living area for guest. Right across the street from Grand Dunes Hotel where a beach lifeguard is on duty at all times o the summer. Ice Cream truck stops every single day for children - a highlight for our families little ones every year!

Property was clean, spacious, and stocked. Looked exactly as listed and great price for location and size. Off Ocean blvd and 3min walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again.

Always our go to spot! Can’t wait to go back next year 🤗🏖️🌊 Three stars on communication with property manager only because there was none. To be fair, there was no need to reach out as this was our 4th stay and we’re familiar with the process.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The location of the property was excellent and was within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Short drive to other attractions. The property is older but well maintained. We did notice a couple minor things that could use some attention, but overall it didn't affect how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great deal for a great location
Stayed again for the annual guys beach trip after a four-year hiatus and the property did not disappoint! It is showing a bit of age although there was a kitchen appliance refresh since we had been there last time. Super convenient walk to Starbucks and even more convenient walk to the beach. For a bunch of guys on a long weekend getaway, you couldn't ask for a better place!

Great location. Quiet and family oriented.
Beautiful home. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Nice and quiet, very roomy and great area. Anthony answered all the questions I had. We are looking forward to our next visit already.

Stayed here for the second time and it was just as fun! Easy to communicate with them and a clean spot. All the neighbors are super friendly and plenty of parking spots. Just a quick walk to the beach.

Great getaway!
This home had plenty of space, enjoyed the fact that it had 2.5 baths! Kitchen was large and washer and dryer on site was a plus. AC worked well, only complaint would be cleanliness of one of the beds. But we washed the comforter and all was fine. I understand no rental is perfect, this one had many extras and just felt like home. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Quite and inviting
This home was perfect for our families vacation. Steps away from the beach. The area was very inviting and felt like home. Communication is with Katy was 100% satisfaction. Joe was very informative and completely nice. Whenever we return this will be the first place I try to book.

Great location
Nice place, but would recommend putting a paper on fridge as to how to work the tv, where trash dumpster is located, what is expected of tenant prior to leaving. (Example, strip beds, etc). Could also have a few more towels and wash cloths. Overall great place to stay, great location.
