With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun. The property is equipped with DVD rental boxes- guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
*The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street.

Myrtle Beach Getaway
Compact and complete studio apartment with two Queen beds was more than enough for us. Great view of the Ocean and Beach from a clean and comfortable room. We were close to all the attractions but not too close. A quality Buffet Breakfast and parking included as was a small mini golf course and DVD rentals. We'd do it again!

Quiet stay in a modern suite
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was kind and helpful throughout. The room was large, beds we’re comfortable and it was quiet. We had easy access to the beach and the strip/stores on Kings Hwy. The complimentary breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Thanksgiving weekend
We had a very nice stay here. Very relaxing. Only thing I found that this unit need fixing is the entry door. It is rubbing the jam. Making it hard to open. I am a strong person and had a hard time pushing it open. The wife is small and could not open it. Didn't call the front desk about because I could open it. I am just mentioning now because your future guest could ding your review big. Should be an easy fix. Over all a very nice stay.

Loved the location of the property and the breakfast included from Magnolia's. The view from our room was great as well. The property could definitely use some updating and a deep cleaning. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. The unit we were in had an abnormal amount of gnats due to someone leaving a banana in the cabinet. The banana had been there some time because it was black when we discovered that was the cause for so many flying around. So housekeeping could do a more thorough job in terms of cleaning. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating for the gnats issue and did their best to help improve things to make our stay more comfortable.

Difficult to reach anyone about early checkin and once there felt we were strung along and deceived about possibility of early check in. We offered to pay whatever the cost. Arrived 1030 am got into room at 3 and hoped would be by noon. Watched the room and there was no one in cleaning like we were told. The room was relatively clean but needs some TLC with paint and upgrades. Beautiful view and pool nice and great breakfast included and 30 minutes walk to boardwalk not bad Overall met our expectations for the most part Thank you

The resort was very clean and orderly! The sand around the pool deck was a bit much due to their boardwalk shower being out of order. Our last day, it was working. The perks that came with our stay were great!

Long weekend trip
Check in staff was very nice and easy process. Room was very clean. There is a few black spots on ceiling which could be mold. Sliding glass door to balcony was very difficult to open and close. Needs to be replaced. Mini fridge was very cold, however the freezer section was iced over and handle in outside was broken on it and a little rusted. Beds very not very comfy, but nothing is a good as your own. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect stay with amazing views
Great property and amazing perks. Free putty golf and breakfast in restaurant across the property was really good. Checking checkout was breeze and easy to park near the property. Everything was perfect. Just door on the balcony is very tight and difficult to open and close.

#407 is in the short building. The oceanfront view is amazing. The room was clean and fairly updated for an older building. However, the balcony sliding door is horrible!!! As a smaller female, I could barely open it, especially from the balcony. Mattresses were basic. Elevators were quick. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast buffet within walking distance was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the small lazy river. If taking a beach umbrella, go out early and remember to stay in line or behind with lifeguard or you will be asked to remove it. Rent through front desk not the beach service. It is cheaper.

Great stay at the Carolinian but with a couple of issues
We stayed this past weekend in October 2021 at the Carolinian Beach Resort. We were in the one-room building next to the Tower. I had read many positive reviews about this hotel since they had done renovations. Our room was nice, but we did have three issues. Although the bed had been cleaned, the sheets had not been changed on our bed. There was sand all over the sheets and we had not even gone to the beach the first night we arrived. Secondly, the handle to the minifridge was separated from the door from one side to the other and was very flimsy when trying to open, it will eventually fail with continued use. Biggest issue was the sliding door, the mechanism at the top was broken so it cantilevered every time you tried to open. I have a bad back and leg and arm and it was very difficult to get it open, had to wedge myself between the wall and door and force open with one arm at the top and my foot at the bottom. Closed easily, but opening was a royal pain. I informed the front desk about these issues in unit 407, so hopefully they will address with housekeeping and maintenance. Everything else about our stay was wonderful, enjoyed the free breakfast at Magnolia's both days, didn't have an opportunity to play the free miniature golf, but looks like a nice course. We tried the heated pool, hot tub and lazy river and thoroughly enjoyed our pool time. The hotel overall was very clean and the elevators were operating without issue. Would definitely stay again, but will make sure I check the room over before unpacking next time.
