"What a fantastic home away from home! We had everything we could ever need and then some.. We recommend this property for any family looking to get away and have all the convenience of location and everything you need at your fingertips.. The host was absolutely amazing! "The Lodge is so peaceful and quiet. The balcony is a wonderful place to start and end the day. The beach and Byron town centre is only 10 minutes so it really is a wonderful blend of country and coast! The owners Steve and his wife are very responsive and caring. The lodge and main house are next door to each other yet cleverly designed for maximum privacy between the houses. The master suite is downstairs with it's own lounge and ensuite, with direct access to the huge acreage backyard. After...

"A beautiful welcoming place to stay. Plenty of space for 8 people and the kids loved the outdoor play equipment. Everything is close by, within walking distance and a peaceful friendly neighbourhood. Will definitely be back."

"The house was comfy and roomy the glass doors and some windows could have been cleaned and maybe take your own pillow as they were very flat but otherwise very convenient to beach and some shops and enjoyed ourselves "

"The property was very beautiful. There was one bedroom downstairs which had very bad damp smell so we could not use the bedroom. The pool was unuseable as it was not covered and full of small insects. There was one fry pan which was rusted. So small issues. The contact people Deb and Sarah were very good"

Highly recommend for families

"Had such a great stay! We had a huge drive up and the lady at reception went above and beyond with great customer service and was really helpful and organised a cot for my over tired cranky baby immediately when requested and upgraded us to the beautiful lakeside cabins which were perfect. A big thank you to the lady in reception who assisted me, it was really appreciate after a huge travel day with a 1 year old and 2 year old! Waterpark, pool and jumping pillow were amazing for young kids. We didn’t want to leave! Great location too just outside Byron. Definitely coming back again soon 😊 Our new favourite holiday park! "
