"Great to be back in Gretna; I lived there until 2023 and the friends I was with on this stay had all visited in recent years. We're high school friends in our 80s and we had a great time in this cottage and walking around the Chautauqua. The nicely appointed kitchen served us well for most meals but we also visited and can recommend the Blue Bird Inn."

"Property was as described just lacking additional information. The property was just as pictured with the exception of access to the bedroom. The steps to the bedroom are very narrow and steep with a difficult landing at the top. Coming down the stairs takes some cautious negotiation as the railing does not go to the top of the stairs. Getting to the front porch of the house (via GPS) was a bit of a challenge since Google Maps didn't know that there were footpaths leading to it but once we found it all was perfect!"
