"Mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving. Kamer was ruim met de kleinste TV ooit in een hotel opgehangen. Badkamer met ligbad en een bidet. Diner was prima, smaakvol en niet te duur. Parkeren voor de deur. Inchecken is wel een trap op, daarna is er een lift. Kan dus lastig zijn als je slecht ter been bent. Ontbijt was goed. Wel weer een trap af. Vriendelijk personeel, de meesten spraken goed Engels."

"Lage: In einer kleinen Stadt an der Donau gelegen. Relativ ruhig, es führt zwar zwischen Unterkunft und Fluß eine Straße vorbei, wer damit eine Problem hat Zimmer nach hinten buchen. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Fähre über die Donau, spart man Zeit, Treibstoff und es ist lustig, klein aber oho! Zimmer: Saubere Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien die aber schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Betten sehr gut. Bad sauber und geräumig. Außen und Innenpool vorhanden. Service: Sehr aufmerksames,...

Disappointing

"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."
