Casa Roan is a wonderfully spacious and luxuriously furnished villa, located at the Golf & Spa Resort Bonalba. The villa offers plenty of space for eight persons, with a large modern kitchen, a big living room, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The large private swimming pool is the absolute eye-catcher in the garden, full of beautiful tropical trees. This villa offers everything needed to enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday.

The Golf & Spa resort Bonalba is very conveniently located near cities such as Alicante and Benidorm. The large sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan are less than 10 minutes by car from the house. Bonalba itself also has a lot to offer. First of all, of course, you will find the beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course. At the clubhouse of the golf course there is a large swimming paradise that is accessible for a fee in summer.

You will also find a tennis centre on Bonalba with traditional clay tennis courts and several padel tennis courts. In the centre of Bonalba are several restaurants and (wine) bars. You will also find a small supermarket here for 'forgotten groceries'.
