"Ürgüp Mustafapaşa mahallesinde yer alan güzel şirin bir butik otel. Odalar giriş yapmadan temizlenmişti hiç kötü koku leke vs. rastlamadım. Mağara odaların havası çok iyi uyku kalitesini arttırdığı kesin. Oda kahvaltı şeklinde olan konsepti kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği şeklinde olsa daha iyi olabilir. Dışarı da yemek yemek için güzel yerler sınırlı. Cem bey ve ekibi oldukça ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Sakin ve huzurlu bir 3 gün geçirdik."

"Very basic amenities, but it was so well priced and spacious, so it was worth the stay. It’s probably best to have a rental car, because the Hotel is above the city center on a hill and a lot of the things to see in the area are a small drive away from the hotel. "

Ehran, the son, was the person we were in touch with, he was very helpful and responsive all the time through WhatsApp. Even when the hotel is not located in Goreme, where most of the restaurants and coffee places are, it is very easy to get there from the hotel with public transportation. "Room had no ventilation and a musty smell. It was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the bathroom sink was dirty and full of red hair. There was a used bandaid on the flooor next to my bed. I cleaned these myself with hand sanitiser. The toilet paper ran out and was not refilled. Despite complaints rhat they did not clean the room after our first night, they continued not to service the room. I stripped the beds and our private tour guide called them in but that’s the only day they cleaned...

"owner was super helpful in helping us get ear drops despite pharmacy being closed for my husband's ear infection and also trying to help with booking hot air ballon ride. breakfast was amazing- huge spread and all fresh. i am sure on expedia site it says the property has lift unfortunately there is no lift and mym husband had to carry our 12 yr old wheelchair bound son up and down the steep stairs."
