The Leonard Luxury Apartments combine modern city living with waterfront views to give you the ultimate upscale, urban, lifestyle. This completely furnished 1 bedroom luxury apartment features modern design with premium finishes and great city views of Downtown Muskegon. With 1 bedroom (Queen Bed), 1.5 baths and 979 square feet, this apartment is roomier than most one bedrooms. It includes all the necessity's needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes 3 sofa beds for added guests (apartment sleeps 6 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TV's in each bedroom and living room. Onsite parking is available right behind the building.

***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 4 adults. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep our costs low for other guests.

Perfect downtown location
This was the perfect downtown location! I was able to walk everywhere. The views were great and we loved the rooftop area. The apartment was furnished well and beautiful. I have absolutely no complaints other than parking. Only having one parking spot with 2 hour only parking on the streets was a bit challenging.
