The Leonard Luxury Apartments combine modern city living with waterfront views to give you the ultimate upscale, urban, lifestyle. This completely furnished 1 bedroom luxury apartment features modern design with premium finishes and great city views of Downtown Muskegon. With 1 bedroom (Queen Bed), 1 bath and 890 square feet, this apartment is roomier than most. It includes all the necessity's needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes 2 sofa beds for added guests (apartment sleeps 6 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TV's in each bedroom and living room. Onsite parking is available right behind the building.

***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 4 adults. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep our costs low for other guests.

Great stay

This was a beautiful apartment in downtown Muskegon. Walking distance to many downtown restaurants and businesses. The hosts were very helpful and only a phone call away for any questions or needs.

Great location, great property

We will come back in the future. Would suggest adding instructions for tv, coffee maker and washer/dryer and elevator. ( elevator requires code entry from keypad before selecting floor) Also would suggest parking in front of building when moving in and out for easier elevator access.

NOT ADA Compliant!

The apartment was beautiful. It was NOT ADA Compliant. The bathroom did NOT have any bars for the toilet. Making the toilet unusable. Which was a tremendous burden and extremely dangerous. The shower chair was great but did NOT have a hand held shower head. I could not find a handicap parking spot/access anywhere in the lot. The parking in the rear only had stairs or push all around the building to the front. No handicap access in the front either. Please make the necessary changes or update your profile. If you have any questions please feel free to call/email me. Unless you are handicap you may not be aware of these needs which are of the upmost importance for safety.
