We were in Muskegon for a Memorial Service and to visit family. We were so happy with this darling home. The location was perfect and the beds were so comfy! Will definitely stay again.

Nice little house fairly close to the beach
House is in nice shape. Great back yard. Not quickly walkable to the beach, but a short drive. Would be nice to have some beach chairs available. Overall a nice stay!

The house and yard are very nice! Great fenced in yard for our dog. Only having one bathroom is the only downside. We had five people in the house and we made it work. Loved how the house was decorated! Would stay again!

Beautiful home
We loved staying here! The fully fenced in yard was great and very private. We travel with our 2 large dogs who loved to play in the yard. Beds are very comfortable and the decor of the home is beautiful. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal. Location is great close to parks and the lake. Just a short drive to all attractions.

Brenda and her husband were very welcoming and great to work with. Always available if we had any questions. Quick replies when we did have any requests or questions. Would not heitate to rent from them again. All in all a great stay.

The property was wonderful - so clean, very tastefully decorated, plenty of space. The host really went the extra mile thinking of everything we might need. The patio and yard were wonderful for eating outdoors and letting the dogs run. (The property is very dog friendly.) Just a short drive to the beach. Could not recommend this property more!

Excellent Property
This is the third house of the property owners we have stayed at. House is very clean, has all the amenities that are needed. Layout of the house and furniture is great, very up to date. Love that all properties have fenced in yards for our two little dogs. Will continue to use these properties on our visits back to Muskegon to see family.

Nice little house but roomy. We had 7 people and 2 dogs but didn't feel like we were running into each other all the time. 1 bathroom was a little tough at times but overall not bad.

Beautiful, well equipped and convenient!
We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place to call home each night after family times together. This beautiful cottage allowed us to be close to the groom’s parents, but also gave us a space to rest, recharge and prepare our simple breakfasts. The place was clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen with comfy furniture and beds, and lovely decor. Brenda was a great hostess and all communication prompt. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Having a key code entrance was very convenient!

Brenda was fantastic!! Her house was adorable… we actually ended up staying in another one of properties because when we showed up at the original one we booked it smelled like animal urine.. so we stayed at her place on Lincoln that she offered us after I contacted her about the smell. This house was cute and clean!! Very inviting and comfortable. The back yard and bbq were great and she left a lot of extras for our shiba. We will definitely stay again if in the area. All the decor was so tasteful. Easy check in and check out.

Great Experience - So Much Attention to Detail!
2 friends and I stayed at the house for a girls weekend. We wanted somewhere comfortable, with close access to the beach and some good food options. This place was great, 2 bedrooms upstairs and one in a finished room in the lower level, on a quiet street. The home was very clean and stocked with seemingly everything you’d want or need, and lots of extra cute and considerate touches. There were toiletries in the bathroom, plenty of towels, extra blankets, coffee/tea, some snacks on the counter, a fire pit with firewood and lighters, a few games - so many little things that made the place such a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
We were highly impressed by the cleanliness of this house and overall amenities offered. We are a family of 4 who brought our maltipoo along on a memorable vacation. The house was very well taken care of, offered many things to make your stay more comfortable (extra blankets, everything you could need in the kitchen, extra toiletries should you have forgotten anything, etc.). While we are out of the pack-and-play stage I greatly appreciated seeing one with sheets, etc. Kid friendly dishes, bowls and cups also offered were a pleasant surprise. The location served us very well too. Kruse Park (dog friendly beach) is less than 5 minutes away and was phenomenal - clean, beautiful and much less crowded than the other beaches. We also took day trips to other towns making this location very convenient as well. On a rainy day we took in the children's museum which was a hit for our 2nd grader and preschooler. Note: Two beach chairs were available for us to use as well as a new washer and dryer. When reviewing prior reviews, these are mentioned as suggestions, so I'm happy to share they are now offered. Both made our stay more enjoyable.

Just lovely
Part of me wants to be selfish and not let folks know how lovely this place is, just so I can assure it’ll be available the next time I’m going this way. But I won’t. This was a lovely house. Brenda spends the time to make sure it feels welcoming, and it’s not just a vacation rental. From some of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever experienced to treats for pets and humans alike, the house is homey and comfortable. The dogs loved the backyard and we almost couldn’t get them to come back inside because they loved the adventures back there. We will be back, Brenda. Thank you.

Mueskegon Escape
Very clean, quiet, and charming. I enjoyed the quiet and having everything available that we could possibly need (even spare readers, thank you!!!) for a weekend of R&R. Dogs LOVED the fenced yard to run free and the host was very responsive. I would stay here again if returning to the area. Just a lovely and peaceful stay, Thank you!
