Great place near Pere Marquette beach!
We had a great family vacation staying at this place. Great location to enjoy all there is in Muskegon. Easy check in, great communication with Brenda, well stocked home that made it feel like home. Comfy beds, two living spaces for family fun, a nice yard, and walkable to a favorite ice cream spot. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway
We had a wonderful stay! Close proximity to beautiful beaches, including a dog beach! Plenty of things to do in the area, Michigan Adventure was within 20 minutes of the house.

Great Christmas getaway - even in a blizzard!
We celebrated Christmas here in the 2022 blizzard and had a great time! The house was very comfortable and impressively well-equipped, very quiet neighborhood and amazing fenced yard for our dog! Great vacation home!

Bungalow by the Lake
Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. There was everything anyone needs in the house....hair dryer, hair products, every possible utensil for meal prep, and plenty of linens for any type of weather.

Stayed in the home with my husband, infant, and puppy for 2 nights. Easy check in and clean property! Great backyard for the dog and fast 5 minute drive to the beach. There were a few flies inside we had to swat during our stay. There were snacks provided and bathroom essentials. Would absolutely stay again

Cute, cozy and Convenient
This location was described 100% accurate. My family and I were extremely satisfied with the home, communication with the host and location. From pulling into the driveway, entering the home and claiming our spaces every detail had been thought out. Home is well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and very clean!

Great girls getaway
Even though the October weather did not cooperate with us, we very much enjoyed having a warm, dry and cozy place to stay. Very close to downtown and in a good neighborhood. The three of us girls felt very safe and comfortable. Would love to go back in summer months to enjoy the lake

Nice property
Perfect backyard for dogs. Quick drive to Pere Marquette beach, which is beautiful. You don’t need to purchase basics like sugar, condiments, tea, coffee filters. The property manager has thought of what you might need.

Super Clean and a great Host!
We were two couples and had plenty of space. They went up stairs and we stayed on the main floor. Everything was as described. The host made sure to have plenty of extras in case you forgot anything. Especially loved the little coffee creamers for the morning. Great place to stay- definately will be back!!!

Winter Sisters Weekend
We were super comfortable at Always Miner AirBnB. Loved the memory foam mattresses, nice towels, clean house, and ample supplies/well stocked kitchen and baths. Thanks for not over-decorating! We are a bit far from the Muskegon Winter Complex but the roads were pretty clear this weekend. We will recommend this house to friends and family.

Pet friendly, great location
The property is located within 5-10 minute drive to multiple Lake Michigan beaches, including a dog friendly beach. It's also a short drive to the city social district. The owners include many amenities and thoughtful touches for your pet, from a fenced yard to furniture covers. As others have noted, the stairs are steeper than what is common in newer homes. The stairways also do not have doors, so you should consider bringing gates if you're concerned about your pet or little one trying to climb. Overall, we had a great stay, the owner was very friendly and provided all the information we needed. It was nice to be so close to so many attracitions.

Scrupulously Clean and Well Maintained!
We were thrilled with the Always Miner property. The house sits at the end of the street and is very quiet. The owners have done a fabulous job of merging comfort and quality and topped it off with being centrally located. The beds were super comfortable and were covered in higher thread count sheets ( yes we notice things like that!) and featured super comfy pillows. The towels were plentiful and of high quality. We didn't need to run out for creamer or sugar because the owners provided enough for our stay along with a basket full of snacks if you're staying for longer than a few days you may want to check the condiments before running to the store. Miner Ave. House is not your standard property; the owners care about the comfort of their guests as evidenced by the condition of the property. We are already planning a return trip to the area and will be staying at another one of their rentals. You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent one of the properties offered by Always B & B - the quality of their product is nothing short of first class!

Fantastic House!
This was a beautiful house that was very well-appointed, comfortable and excellent communication with the owner and host. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and have never seen so much attention to detail! The host provided just about anything that you can think of including shampoo, toiletries and more. There was a brand new driveway and fence installed which really made the house stand out as we pulled up. The location was great as I run in the mornings and I was able to run to two different parks that are both right on Lake Michigan. We brought along our 10 pound non-shedding Shih Tzu and she was very comfortable there. She is older and mostly sleeps during the day. :) For me, the beds weren't the best as I have a bad back and they were like a Tempur-pedic type mattress but I think that most people would find them to be very comfortable. We felt very safe and the house was conveniently located near Grand Haven where we were attending a memorial service for my Aunt. I was say that it was about a 25 minute drive to get to Grand Haven from the rental house. As others have mentioned, the water pressure in the shower was amazing - almost knocks you off of your feet. :) Easy check in and check out process. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and we will definitely rent again the next time that we visit this area.

What a dream!!!!
Everything was as advertised, every question I asked was answered quickly. The house is small but the space is utilized so well. 4 adults and two children had a lovely stay. Brenda had toys for the kids, puzzles, the second TV in the basement was a godsend. Proximity to the lake and Frosty cove was amazing.

Beach side property
Cute beach side property located close to the beach and downtown Muskegon. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two little ones. It was very clean and had a nice fenced in backyard for the children to run and play. The house was well stocked with everything that you would need. The photos of the property are accurate. We would highly recommend this place as a great place to stay!

Beautiful home in Muskegon
Was very nice home. Clean and comfortable inside and out. Had everything you could possibly need. We came for beach time, Pier Marquette beach nearby and the Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven. We had a terrific time and would come back and stay here again.
