In Muskegon, near the beautiful lakefront of Lake Michigan Pier Marquette Beach or a 22 minute drive to the Muskegon State Park, is located where this lovely three-bedroom getaway is located.
We are Pet Friendly as we allow up to 2 dogs to the home and yes we are a fully fenced yard to keep the animals safe.
As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a cozy porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching the world go by. Step inside and discover a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table for family-style dinners, or fire up the grill for an alfresco feast on the patio.

When it's time to unwind, sink into the plush living room and enjoy the smart TV for streaming your programs. Great place to stay, off-season area
Our stay here was fantastic. The home is ideal and we couldn’t ask for more, especially traveling with a dog. Very friendly. The location was slightly questionable, as the area appeared slightly run-down, which i expect is largely exacerbated by the off-season

Brenda was amazing to work with from making our reservation, check in, and then extending our stay. The house and backyard was AMAZING!! Decor was beautiful and had all the amenities.

Perfect for two couples
My brother and I, and our spouses, stayed here in early March 2021. Layout of house is perfect - living space, bedroom, and bathroom on each floor, so each couple had privacy. Kitchen is very well stocked - good quality pots/pans, lots of spices and condiments. We'll stay here again.

Perfect Family Stay
This house was the perfect size for our family. The downstairs was great for our two toddlers with two twin beds and a queen for us. My parents had their own space on the main floor. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. *Bonus- Toys, games, and books that our kids loved!!! We really enjoyed the firepit, game shed, and front porch for reading. The beach was only 5 mins away and we enjoyed taking our dog to the Kruse dog beach. Highly recommend Lewis Farms for kids, so much for the kids to do. The Frosty Cove was a close bike ride for our ice cream treats. We really enjoyed all the restaurants, putt-putt, submarine tour, boat cruise, and duck pin bowling. This has been our favorite house and spot in MI so far! Thank you for a wonderful summer vacation!

Great home for a weekend stay
We were a little concerned with the neighborhood from the direction we came from since it was a bit industrial, but suddenly we were in a nice little residential area. The house was very clean and well appointed. All the essentials were there and it is clear the owners have done a lot of work to update the house. We would definitely stay again!

Great Lake getaway
My whole family was impressed with the house. We come to the area a few times a year and this place was at the top of our list of places we have stayed. Our host had thought of everything you might need on vacation. The house was well stocked with all the amenities you may need . We were 1 mile from the dog beach for our furry family members and with multiple places to eat and drink within a short distance the house was a great location. Look forward to a return visit soon.

Beautiful well appointed property in a great location. Super close to the Winter Sports Complex, Grand Haven and Holland. I would like to suggest blinds for the downstairs bedroom, otherwise, perfect! The owner has thought of everything and is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Family Vacation
We had yet another great stay with always vacation rentals. This place suited our growing family well with the extra basement space and larger kitchen table. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our dog as well as our young children. We love Muskegon and feel there are so many activities for family fun. And it’s wonderful to have place we can stay that is so accommodating and comfortable. Thanks Brenda!

Lovely, well -appointed home
I rented this home for a nearby family reunion. We had six adults and two toddlers and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quite, the yard nice, and the house well-appointed. If I said anything negative at all, I would be nit-picking!!

New favorite!
This is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. So cute, well-kept and clean, all the details tended to, and we could bring the dogs along! I think even non-pet-owners would agree that the place is clean and fresh. We had fun playing games (in good condition), and the snacks were an exciting find for our teens. We brought sound machines which helped with sleeping as the floors are creaky and the doors stick. Communications with the host were prompt and helpful. It’s probably the nicest house on the block, but in a family neighborhood that felt safe. We are already trying to come up with reasons to return. We really enjoyed our stay!

Brenda's place was the perfect setting for our little family gathering over the holidays. It was very clean and the kitchen provided every needed item for holiday cooking and baking. Property Review
This property is exactly how it is represented in VRBO (unlike many places we've stayed in). It has been completely redone and is lovely. The owner has gone out of her way to accommodate anything you may have forgotten and also provided a lot of extra amenities. The beds are wonderful (foam), and linens great. Kitchen is fully stocked which is rare. All in all, a great place to stay!

Another fabulous "Always" property!
We stayed at the "Always Minor" property in June and were so pleased that booking "Always Lincoln" was an easy decision. We were totally comfortable, had everything we needed, and really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. The owners thought of everything! Close to Lake Michigan Beaches!
It was a delight for my Mom, me and my two chihuahuas to stay at this property. The bungalow was extremely clean and the fenced in back yard was an added plus. The renovation of the bungalow was very well done and everything was well stocked. The air conditioning was fantastic as it was a very hot and humid week in July! We wanted to explore the Lake Michigan beaches nearby and were not disappointed! We especially enjoyed Muskegon State Park’s beach. The only suggestion I would make is to add curtains to the kitchen window. The house next door is close by and curtains would allow for more privacy. Overall, a fantastic experience! Elaine

Beautiful Interiors and great backyard
Our two families enjoyed this beautiful space - inside and out. The backyard was amazing - a fire pit, space for the dog to run, a shed with jenga for our kiddo to play in. The interiors were very modern and clean. Everything you could want! Sleeping was a little hard for us with folks sleeping downstairs hearing even quiet sounds upstairs (bring a sound machine if you'd got a sensitive kid), the beds being a little firm for some of us (we missed our box springs) and the neighbors playing loud music late one night (we asked them to turn it down and they totally understood). These were minor though in comparison to the beautiful space that this is! Thanks for a great stay, Brenda!!!

Incredible space. Best VRBO I’ve ever seen. Super clean and literally had everything we could have thought of using. Even snacks for kids in a basket upon arrival and coffee/condiments. Basement was awesome space for kids to unwind while grandparents got a break from the chaos upstairs. The backyard was fun, and there were yard games in the shed. Plenty of seating inside and out. Incredible grill… Loved this location. Less than 2 miles from city beach—where there’s a playground for kids. Loved the big kitchen table for family meals. Beds were super comfy. Owners were super easy and quick to communicate with. Plan to be back next time!!

Perfect getaway
This is a fabulous property and the photos online do not do it justice. More importantly Brenda has spent a lot of time ensuring that her guests have everything. There's even an oops I forgot cabinet. We had everything we needed, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, ear buds etc. She left us some snacks and chocolate, coffee, creamers, tea etc. it was lovely to relax in the covered porch and have the sun warm us. The kids slept in the basement bedroom which is HUGE!. We had our dog with us and Brenda left dog bowls, blankets etc for the dog too. Very very happy with our stay. We used this home as a base for Muskegon, PJ Hoffmaster and Grand Haven state parks. Stay here without a worry. Thanks for a wonderful stay Brenda Additional info: It's driving distance to a Meijers which is a much better grocery store than the Save-a-lot and has ready sandwiches etc for your hikes.

Beautiful home - well stocked!
Beautiful, spotless property. Probably the cleanest, best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at - and we've stayed at lots! Everything you could want, great sets of dishes, glasses, really nice pots and pans for cooking. Our downstairs bathroom had 8 sets of towels. It was wonderful! Backyard is very private and there was even a pile of wood for the fire pit. The patio is very nice with lots of seating and end tables for drinks and food. I loved the little screened in front porch. The book with recommendations for local restaurants and tourist venues was really helpful. It sounds like a small thing, but the toys that were mentioned in the description were full sets of things for our granddaughter to play with. So often, the "toys" they mention in other rentals are just a pile of plastic pieces, but this VRBO had whole sets of toys (like a wooden train set) with all the pieces. Very much appreciated. We like Muskegon and I see Brenda has multiple properties - when we come back we are going to book with her. Highly recommend!
