The staff were super friendly. Dealt mostly with Romain he was excellent and helped with whatever I needed be it reservations, taxis or suggestions on where to go. When I go back to Paris I will definitely stay here again!"

"If you are a family of 3 just know there is only a sofa bed the size of a twin mattress along with a good sized bed. Room is small, but what threw us off with the bathroom. It's as small as an airplane one, and it's odd that you come out then go into another room where shower and sink is available. It can be convenient if someone is showering that bathroom is still available, but the size was unfortunate. Also be extra specific to staff when ordering a taxi for you or just walk to the Pullman...
